Lazy lady wanting nothing to do with helping me, after she opened store 40 minutes late! She was rude, told me to set up my own phone because I got it n the mail & not her store! Rude, lazy, where’s ur work ethics???? U have none!!!

I would totally give this store a 4 if weren’t for a new employee I have had the “pleasure” of assisting me the last two times I’ve come to this store. He hates his job so much that I had to stand outside and bang on the door for 15 mins while he locked himself in the back of the store to avoid doing is job. He drives a black Cadillac CTS. So if you see it in the parking lot… keep on driving. Pathetic.

I noticed a lot of negative comments on this store....... But, I had a good experience on May 7, 2020 with Sale associate Ana R. She was very helpful, friendly and answered my question. I didn't feel rushed when other customers came in. Thank you Ana for your customer service.

They don't even deserve one star. Had same problem as Mike Bass. I went to Boost Mobile store on 360, near Laburnam, to switch from Virgin to Boost, bought my phone and just needed help with activating it. The plan was going to be $10 cheaper than what I was paying, so $35. Well, the employee at Boost tells me I have to choose between $52 and $67, that I can't choose the $35 plan. She told me I HAD to buy the $7 phone insurance for the first month and I could only choose between the $45 plan and $60 plan. It didn't sound right and I told her that, plus I read no where on the website that says any of that. So I chose the $52. Today I called Boost's customer service (which was fun feat) and asked them. They confirmed that that was NOT correct, but they weren't going to do anything about it aside from reimburse my account the $7 for the insurance. I called the store to complain to the manager, but the voicemail came on and of course the mailbox is full so I can't even leave a message. So beware if you plan on switching to Boost. I should have just went to Bestbuy to activate my phone. They WILL hustle you.
