They have a better policy when u buy. A phone and the volume is out of order boost will not loan u a phone while in the mean time u have to mail it to them so they can find out the problem but in the mean time the customer has to wait at least 2 days before u receive your phone back.They Should Let The Customer Know these underhanded tatics before u purchase.actually my was a factory goof but still i have been incoveintly treated inconsiderate as far customer service Be Ware!!!!!!!
