Terrible experience!! Called all day with no answer. I get to this location and the man is outside on the phone I walk up to the door and he yells “hold up hold up hold up” ik like what and say are yall open. He says yes so I walk in, he walks in after and is just staring in my face. I say do you have the iPhone 6 pro? He see’s me with an iPhone so he reaches his hand out and says which phone do you have. I go, this has nothing to do with why I’m here. He proceeds to ask which phone I have and for my pin. I said I’m a new customer and I want a new number what do I need to do. He says I will call you back. WHAT ? so confusing. I said so let me ask you something. If I would’ve came in here with no phone what would you be asking for then??? I’m not sure why a new customer with no boost phone need a to provide what type of phone they currently have, the number and pin.. waste of gas and time

I went there in order to pay on my bill since their customer service department was off line for a week... Both the sales persons were very nice and patiently waited on me. The head guy there helped me by installing the app so I could finally pay my bill to get my phone back on. I even purchased some additional accessories for my phone while I was there... It was exceptional customer service and I will go back again when need be!

I want to shout out OJ. I called after getting different answers to a question from 3 employees of the same store (Another Boost store location) He was very understanding and patient on the phone. A few days later I went to his store location and he resolved my issue. He is very knowledgable and rendered excellent customer service.
