It's hard to find a good mechanic these days. The team at Bohannans has many, many decades of experience and will spend the time to explain, in detail, their process for identifying the problem and what needs to be done to fix it. They don't mind (or get annoyed) answering questions. Would not send my car to another mechanic in Richmond.

SCAM artists be careful, they used my CONTACTLESS to STEAL money from my card, without me being aware of it, when I became aware of it I told them but they denied it and said that it never happened, but I do have proof that they did it, I'm in the process of disputing that transaction, will notify the police too, unacceptable, BP corporate you shouldn't tolerate such behavior! Shame on you

I faithfully shop there 5 days a week on my way home. They are always kind and very nice to me. The one employee who stands out is PROMILA, she always comes and opens the door for me because I am Disabled with a WALKER, going in and coming out.

No restroom, I wasted my dollar coupon on my mobile app it showed their address as their store to except it but of course it didn't so there goes my dollar off my pack of cigarettes they didn't care whatsoever then I got two Pepsi's paid with my EBT or at least try to do it give me an option for EBT cash hit it and then of course I declined and then she tells me no we do not except EBT then TheClerk said Put the Pepsi's back in the fridge. So rude, lazy and Trust me I will never be going back to that store!

I went in for a cash wash on Monday. A $7 car wash that ended up a $83 charge on my card. Fucken upset. Someone needs to contact me ASAP with my money.
