Called at 5:50 pm. There were 3 callers ahead of me. The message counted down and stated that I was next in line. At 6 pm, the initial greeting repeated. I assume that the employee left and abandoned the caller queue. When I called back, the greeting stated that there were 2 callers ahead of me; very unprofessional.

They were quick to help and had what I was finding hard to find. The cafe part smelled wonderful and you really need to get an old time lemon-lime aide made fresh!!!!!

We love Bremo! I'm so glad we switched to them. They are on top of medicine refills and have a really convenient automatic refill system. They are really considerate too. We always get a syringe with a line for the current dose for my daughter's medicine, and my pills have a minty taste. Bremo has saved our sanity- we used to wait an hour or more at CVS every time we needed medicine.

I went through their medication management class and I loved it. It was very informative. I knew a little info about medications but now I feel even more equipped to do my job. The instructors kept me engaged. Even though I worked overnight before class I was able to stay awake because of that. Everyone in the office was very sweet and kind. That’s always a plus. I would highly recommend going through this company.

Donna, who works in the pharmacy, is a great tech. She is aware of ALL of my individuals medications and keeps me posted if any changes arise. Her professionalism is outstanding and is to be commended.

Just called to see if they had a walker for my husband. They put me to a voice-mail but never returned my call. I even called back and asked not to be placed on hold and was transferred back to the same voice-mail. Lowsey, rude customer service.

As happy Lafayette customers my family was sad to say goodbye when they closed. Lafayette recommended Bremo, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Everyone is so kind, and any issues are handled promptly. Thank you all for being so great to our family and making the switch so easy.

This place is the worst. They always have about 10 people in there working and somehow never see you to wait on you. Always too busy talking to each other. Then when they do acknowledge you, they are incompetent. I refilled two RXs for my mom, which were supposed to get delivered, but I had to go get it. Then only one got filled. Still waiting for the second one five days later. Never again.

I was a very happy Lafayette Pharmacy customer that was transferred to Bremo when they closed down. I have struggled with judgement and lack of cooperation from pharmacies for most of my life, so finding Lafayette was like a dream come true. Anyways I called Bremo to ask about my medications and find out if I could fill them there. The lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I felt like I was at CVS all over again. Come to find out it’s good that I didn’t I’ve forward with Bremo because they messed up a scheduled prescription very badly for my neighbor! They could have killed them or made them so sick! I couldn’t believe the lack of care put into prepping medications. How do you mislabel a controlled substance by so much??? I’m so disappointed and frustrated. I really had been looking forward to a completely different experience than I received.
