I recently visited the Volkswagen dealership for the second time on November 24, 2023, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I contacted Aishiya ( I hope I spelled it correctly. If not, I apologize) M. and scheduled an appointment, the level of customer service exceeded my expectations.Aishiya's professionalism and attention to detail were apparent throughout the entire process. She understood my needs and preferences, providing valuable insights and guidance in selecting the suitable services for my vehicle. Her knowledge of the vehicles and commitment to customer satisfaction played a crucial role in making the entire experience seamless.My visit to the Volkswagen dealership, particularly with Aishiya Mohammed, was a standout experience. The combination of excellent customer service, a welcoming environment, and a knowledgeable service representative made this second visit as remarkable as the first. Fair price on nice vehicle. Friendly sales people. Really frustrating experience trying to get second key owed from dealership. Once you buy, they’re like “bye”. Will be finding a more competent dealership for future service and sales.

I had a great buying experience with Stephanie. She helped to guide me when deciding between a Tiguan and an Atlas; she was highly flexible and worked with our schedules as new parents; she was very responsive to my questions; and she helped to get us the vehicle with the specs we really wanted. Overall, a great experience!

Communication is very important. My car was supposed to be finished at noon time, but it was not attended to get to, Hope called and explained that they were running behind from work on the previous day. I appreciate knowing what is happening rather than silence. She was very helpful in explaining the situation and once arriving at the service department, expedited me to get my car.

As soon as I got in contact, I received an excellent service and costumer experience! Stephanie had a huge sense of empathy and humor to listen up to what I was looking for even though I wasn't sure about the perfect car for my needs. She made the perfect questions to make my mind up for the best option!I really appreciate the patience and the help along the process to make it quick and easy! I strongly recommend anyone to go come to this dealership, and also ask for Stephanie, either you know what you need or if you need a reliable and honest advice!10/10! Outstanding!

I worked with Stephanie today and she helped me find a great VW Touareg that was in my budget and had the features I was looking for. She was friendly, helpful and patient with all of my questions. Derrick, another member of the sales team, was also great to work with and helped with finding just the right car. Everyone that I worked with at the dealership today was easy to work with and helpful. I would shop there again when I’m in need of a car. Very good experience!

I had a pleasant experience from the time I walked in until the time I left (with a new vehicle!). Jonathan Scoggins helped me out. He greeted me when I walked in the door, spent time with me to review the inventory on hand, answer my questions, and get my trade in evaluated. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. Jonathan was great to work with. I'm thankful for his time, experience, attention to detail, and how he handled the whole purchasing process.

As usual, every person at the service department was professional and my oil change and state inspection were done very quickly. I enjoy the waiting room, and the restroom was sparking clean. I'm glad to have bottled water available at no charge, and also a drink machine right in the waiting room. And since the waiting area is connected to the showroom, I can always wander around and look at the new models on the floor. One more thing! Getting a text from the service desk that they are available if I have any questions is a new plus.

I could go on and on about the incompetency of this location. Made an appointment at 915 am for them to examine the transmission giving me trouble (which I replaced through them a few months ago at 70k miles previously), then get a call at the end of day that they haven't even started to look at my car and to schedule another appointment next week. This dealership has wasted so much of my time and money. I'm going to go literally anywhere else I possibly can from here on out.

I had scheduled an appt for 8 am on a Wednesday. I decided to drop it off the night before . No one started to look at my car until about 3 pm that day. A part needed ordered which I understand but had they looked at my vehicle earlier then the part could have been ordered earlier . I didn’t receive my car back until the following Monday afternoon. I was without the vehicle from Wednesday until a Monday afternoon at 4 pm. It was a simple repair that took much too long .

Donald Wood and the Service team were extremely diligent and helpful through a recent complex repair to our VW Atlas. Throughout the process it was very apparent that they were doing everything in their power to help us get our car back, as quickly as possible. It was also very clear that they truly cared about us as their customer and were proactive in their communication. Would certainly recommend them to anyone!

Love this dealership! & My brother did an amazing job finding me and my family the perfect car. As a family relative Eric displayed himself as a trustworthy salesman. He shared lots of knowledge about each car we looked at and being a mom I needed something safe and reliable and couldn’t be more in love with the purchase! Thank you so much Eric! Admittedly, I am a somewhat difficult person to deal with when looking for a new vehicle as I like to shop around and have all of the information in front of me before making an educated decision. Some dealerships aren’t very helpful when they know a sale isn’t imminent, but that has not been the case with Stafford Brown VW Richmond. The salesperson I have been dealing with, Eric, is not only very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that are easy to understand, but is also very patient when dealing with a customer like myself. Even if I end up buying my next vehicle somewhere else, I would definitely recommend Stafford Brown to my friends, family or anyone else looking for a quality dealership that will do everything possible to ensure their customers have a positive experience.

The saga continues with Safford Brown Volkswagon. I figured if I kept writing reviews of the negative experince I received from the service department and the service manager, it would eventiually get someones attention. So I wrote about the service department having my car for three weedks and the servicer manager not returning my calls. Well the general manager Derrik Pendergrass messaged me and said he would like a chance to talk to me. I went immediately to the dealership to speak with him.I walked in he greeted me and as I beggan to tell him of my frustration with the service department he said first I needed to adjust my tone. First and foremost I did not yell, curse or otherwise say anything disrepectful. As a professional I do not use slang or make threats. I am not sure what kind of tone I should have had when theym have had my car for three weeks and been working on it for over a month and a half. His resolution was tell me to adjust my tone, he would get in contact with the service department and have call me by noon tomorrow, 7/13/2023. I have no doubt he knew everything that was goin g on before I walked in the door. Why I expected anything from him was my navietee
