I was told to pick up my van 12noon on a Sunday. Plan my trip andovers to get there and the lady closed the door and blinds and pointed to a closed sign!!!! Wouldn't even check the appointment for me!!! Wha6 a waist of time!!!³4

I love working with Jena and her husband. Very knowledgeable, hard-working, and funny couple to work with. Never had any issues with my rental contract. Lowest quality truck I've ever rented, also the most expensive.Wouldn't exceed 60mph, shaked the entire trip, was sticky, old food stuffed under the seats, smelled like an ash tray and ashes everywhere, no ac, no radio. One star because the liftgate worked.Nice folks, but there was a serious quality control issue.
