If I could give this place zero Stars I would. You are guaranteed to wait in line for at least 15 to 20 minutes every time you try to make a purchase because they never have enough people doing the registers. Then they wait for the line to be 20 people deep before they bother to get anyone else to do backup at the registers. Have their stuff seems to be missing labels and management obviously doesn't care about customer service.

So I don't shop here often for this very reason-- NO CASHIERS AND LINE WRAPPED AROUND THE BUILDING!!!! I DESPISE poor customer service. If you see a line, call someone to the front to help, even it it is for a little while to relieve the 2 cashiers on the front. Why is management so awful????? Awful customer service. Awful!!!

I never to care to leave a review. But visiting this Burlington today I am disgusted. First you are greeted by trash all over the front of the store scattered around. I almost turned back around to my car. I went in and the shoes were all over the place. Then I went to checkout that's when I returned my items and walked out. No, I was not going to wait for an hour long line. This store needs some serious management intervention.
