It's Christmas Eve eve and the store only had 2 cashiers an hour before closing. Being that they extended hours you would expect more workers. However when another person came to assist one of the cashiers decides it is an excellent time to separate hangers instead of ringing up customers. Mind you if the line was not snaking around to the end of the outrageously being of the checkout que there would not have been a issue.

When are these stores gonna realize that when you have 15 customers in line, you need more than 2 cashiers. The manager was much more busy worrying about carts being collected than customer service or opening a register. The poor young lady who was running the register was obviously fed up with the lack of proper support from her manager. Store wasn't a complete disaster like some other of the same chain in our local area, but with the piss poor management, they won't be keeping cashiers very long.

service horrible. 3 cashiers, long line, 2 cashiers closed. All just chit chatting. No concerns how long the lines got. absolutely no costumer service.

Loved it the baby section was amazing updating my review oct 7 2023 I went to Burlington and bought over $400 plus worth of items toys for my children at Christmas as you know you can’t take the carts out and have to walk back and forth to retrieve your items which I didn’t have a problem with however I walked 3 bags to my car and came back for the second round of items and caught a little boy maybe 8-10yr old going through my already paid for items stealing from me I tried to see where his mother was after taking what he had of mine from him and walking out to load my car as I realized he did in fact steal some of my items I come here often and spend about $400-800 each time however after realizing I am in fact missing items and didn’t catch him in time as of today I won’t be returning

One of the worst stores I work for. I asked the store manager Kizzi about the lack of security because the poeple that steal will running out the door with a basket full of clothes. Kizzi said she was going to cut my hours because I indicated to her that I don't feel safe. Also, Kizzi who does the hours have messed up hours 7 times in the few months she been in her position. I have told her multiple times and put an update in my schedule in in May. I told two managers about my schedule awas put in incorrectly and i couldn't work it. My manager told me to to text Kizzi. I did text and told it was put incorrectly. She called me and was so nasty to me asking me not to text her when they told me too. Again Kizzi threatened to take away my hours and did.The store is short handed because multiple people called out. I have worked overtime every Saturday for two months. Their are cashiers who don't have availability to close. So burlington is already short of staff so their are not alot of cashier that can cover the shift. The hours get cut by management

I feel discriminate for the 2 African-American ladys when I was about to go to the register thay just when to do something is not necessary, making wait for that long line behind they're mean and nasty.

If you whant to wait for more than 35 minutes in line this is the place for you! They only have 2 cashiers working, so it takes an excruciating 30-40 minutes just to get out. They are not the cleanest Burlington, clothes on the floor, open food packs, and just simply unorganized. Seems like the administration don't care about anything at all...

I came in to return a pair of shoes that I hadn’t worn. The cashier, JASMINE, was lovely during the transaction. As I was leaving, the manager (I wish I asked for her name) stated that the shoes were worn and I stated that they were, in fact, not worn. The tag on the bottom of the shoe was as new as they came out of the box…so how were they worn if that were the case? When I asked the manager about it, she acted as if she didn’t hear me. I do not appreciate those kinds of claims made against me. I work in retail, so I understand the protocols well. The manager was absolutely rude and disrespectful, and I will not be returning to this location. But again, JASMINE WAS LOVELY…I don’t want her to be penalized for something she didn’t do.

I like Burlington. They have quite a bit of merchandise you may not be able to find anywhere else and the prices are not bad. Personally, I love to shop the handbags & accessories section and the home department. No complaints. I shop here every once in a while. However, I do recommend at least visiting Burlington. You never know what you might find. Happy shopping

They never have enough cashiers never, and the young lady fill out in there. It took them every bit of 35 minutes before anyone in the exiting to have them the customers had to happen.
