The store was filthy an absolute mess. Items all over the floor and seemed to have little employees and didn't see any kind of management. I honestly felt dirty when after going in this location.

From out of town... Needed a belt. The staff was very nice and a pleasure to be around. I was there within a minute of opening so I was surprised the staff was in a great mood lol.

Not a good place, it’s a small place mostly for nearby locals. Compared to the one on Broad Street this one has way less space and selection.

Not many good choices of men selection. Maybe it's setup as a overstock store. It was not the better side of Burlington is known for. A little better options and better looking a more inviting store look and maybe better in future. Fingers crossed

Store times are inaccurate, online it shows that the store closes at 11pm. I arrived yesterday at 10:30pm only to a locked door. Please don’t expect this store time to be accurate —— they close at 10:30 not 11pm. Very misleading

Smaller than it used to be, it reminds me of a Good Will store now, and it's just messy! Make sure you REALLY want what you came to get! I just left there empty handed....they only had ONE cashier working, and the cashier had to go look for a manager or something, so all of us in line had to wait. It's very frustrating when something like this happens and other employees are walking behind the register and see how long the line is. No one called for help up front or anything! I will not be going back!

Bought for more than $500 in March 2024. Just wanted to return two items, they said it is not new anymore and refused to refund. It was a pair of shoe, I tried for once, very uncomfortable and didn't like it. I regartted shopping there. Not recommend to anyone unless you are 100% sure you are going to like it.

Beautiful store and plenty of great things. Some employees near registers were rude about baskets and had a bad attitude about them (telling me numerous times in one conversation that I can’t take them outside when I already told her I knew that and had someone pulling up to the front for me to put my pictures in) and kept hassling me about the basket like it was that serious.
