When I tell you my taxes were a mess!!!!!! That is definitely putting it lightly. I was losing sleep!!! My job was in jeopardy!!! Here is a quick picture, my CPA suddenly passed away during tax season 2021, we were heading into 2024 and 23's taxes coming due. No one would take on my 2021 because I could not give them my docs/receipts. By the Books Accounting was recommended by a business owner family friend. After speaking at length weekly, for weeks, not only did Rhea and her team download all my banking info and scour for receipts, she introduced tax strategies that I had never heard of in all my years as a business owner! I am still working through submitting 23 taxes, but almost there and feel I am in great hands. She ain't cheap, but she is good!

Paid almost $6,500 for bookkeeping and taxes and no response in over 3 weeks. This has occurred for months and damages are accruing.Taxes are already stressful enough and I just dont know any other way to get a response back from this company and accounting firm. Im sharing hear to hopefully get this resolved before damages escalate.
