We were shipped an electronic brake module from a warranty company, C & K were very timely and informative when it came to making sure the part arrived when expected, in new condition with the seals, and the customer service made sure we received the core return labels and the part worked perfectly, thank you!!

I whole heartedly agree with all the reviews about this company and its warranty policies. I've received two transmissions from them in a span of a month and both turned out to be bad and they tried to get out of both by using 'programming' as an excuse. The first warranty company (Silverrock) didn't buy that and forced them to replace the transmission and it worked just fine without any programming nonsense. The second warranty company (Wynn) bought into their nonsense and told us that we voided the warranty because we drove it a block without programming. From this point forth if a warranty company says they will get the parts from these guys Ill tell them hard NO.

They sent transmission to auto repair facility for my truck, they need core back before endurance warranty will pay bill but c&k or endurance won't tell us how and where to ship. Will not try to communicate with me at all. Don't use this company
