As a first-time homebuyer, I was quite inexperienced with the home purchasing process. I also had a long list of specific features I wanted in my new home. Despite my lack of knowledge, Lance was exceptional. He patiently guided me through the entire process, answering my endless questions and calming my panicked phone calls. He provided clear answers and reassurance at every step. Despite my extensive list of requirements, he showed me numerous homes that matched my preferences and budget. When we found the perfect home, he negotiated a fantastic deal for me and secured a closing date within three weeks of my offer being accepted. He also connected me with an excellent lender. My experience with Lance was impeccable—his patience, calm demeanor, and expertise made the process much easier than I could have imagined. I look forward to working with him again in the future.
