This company sucks,few years back,I had a car with a nice stereo,it was there on an insurance claim,the rear of the car,they had no business under the hood,they drained the battery, listening to the stereo,had to jump start the car,but broke the hood release,,never admitted it,the work they did was good,but no integrity,kept saying they didn't do it,,,so I have a car now that needs body work,but will not use them,,, HONESTY IS KEY.

I had the absolute WORST experience with this place. They totaled my car over a back door dent, no other damage. I had to take it somewhere else, pay out of pocket to have the back door put back on after it was removed by caliber, only to have the new location tell me caliber is full of crap and all this hassle was unnecessary. Please go somewhere else!!!

I have only had my car repaired one or two other times previously, but this by far was the best experience by far. I had my car towed here after it was stolen at the suggestion by my insurance. The staff was in constant communication to keep me updated on how my car was coming along and were always willing to answer any questions I might have.
My car was returned to me in excellent condition in a short manner of time. Being that I work five days a week and need to commute back and forth, I could not be more grateful for that.
I can easily recommend this location for anyone looking for quality car repairs. The team here will provide exactly what you're looking for while making sure you're kept up to date, every step of the way.

After getting rear-ended I set up a drop off with this Caliber Collision site through my insurance and it was a fantastic experience throughout. Communications were frequent and clear, absolutely no issues, friendly service and the results were perfect. I will undoubtedly come back to them if anything happens again!
