I had a wonderful experience with my first and second visit at Caliber Collision at 4731 Eubank Rd. Richmond,VA 23231 the service writer Mr. Cal was very professional and personal as he did a estimate on the work that I needed done on my automobile and he was the best and then I had a great experience with one of the front desk workers that work there also her name was Ms. Marissa I had needed appointment to bring my other vehicle in for a estimate for to have work done on it as well and she made me a appointment for to bring it in and she went the extra mile to shedule my appointment as convenient as possible for me because of my work hours and she squeeze me in so that I could get it done and get to work at a reasonable time it's people like her that makes the world a better place. I was really happy and pleased with her effort. It is great to have employees like her on your staff.
