By far the worst credit union i have Ever dealt with! Customer service on a scale 1-10 is definitely an NEGATIVE 10!Online banking isn’t updated at allThey won’t send you notifications if your card is about to expire, for example if you have a credit card that you use for emergencies only and the. When it’s time for an emergency it’s expired and leaves you screwed in the end because you had no idea. These people aren’t worth the membership at all!!

Wow has this place changed from years ago! I called about my ATM card and mentioned it may need to be replaced and the first thing out of the rep's mouth was "and that will be a $10.00 charge" - ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Who charges for ATM cards? When I asked to be transferred to a "MANAGER", a woman answered the call and I asked her what her position was and she finally said "coordinator" and finally admitted she was NOT a manager. This is sad since my family are retirees from Philip Morris. I will be closing all of my accounts with them and reporting my experience to the Board.

Less than helpful employees. There has been multiple times of having issues with them cashing checks. If I take the same ones to navy federal I’m in and out in 5 minutes. As soon as my home buying process is done I will be closing all accounts I have with them.

Every single month it takes them two weeks to process a payment by check. And I refuse to pay a fee to pay it online.Update: I received a late payment text so I figured the check was lost. I went online and paid it and what do you know they found the check and deposited the next day it so I made two payments this month. Not the first time it has happened. I’m convinced they do it intentionally so I’ll pay online ?

This bank participates in transaction reordering. I literally have screenshots and time stamps of when my transactions come out and they rearranged them so when they charge the overdraft fee my account is negative. Then we call they sound happy and when you start asking questions for clarification without using an upset tone or foul words they get annoyed. Probably because they know the practice itself is wrong but they don’t care because it will never change and it’s currently legal, but I did some research and they have a pending lawsuit because of this so I will be joining with my proof and recoded calls.

There are much better choices for banking. 15 years ago Credit Union was a good choice.
