One star is too many.Words cannot describe the horrible service that lead to a 13 hour ordeal to get my mom’s hospital bed in her memory care home. Among my calls to them in tears, the dispatcher wouldn’t apologize for the situation and blamed me & the home for not answering their call (a lie). At 11pm they finally realized they made an error and delivered the bed at 11:30pm.Ruthless, uncaring, uncompassionate, incompetent, unkind is my best summary although these words do not do the experience justice.My mom literally had no bed to sleep in and they did not give two sh*ts. Save yourself and find another company.

This company no longer accepts Humana and did not let my family member know until her oxygen was almost out.

Can't put into words how thankful I am for this company. As someone who works in hospice and uses this compnay on a daily basis, I am glad they are around to help our patients. I breath I sigh of relief whenever there is a chance to use them. Keith always, always, always does his best to help us out! I know the coordination of delivering supplies to everyone who needs them can be challenging but the do a great job trying to help us.

Capital Medical saved us! We were getting a hospital bed delivered from another company, but at the last minute they ghosted us! Capital had a bed delivered less than 24 hours after my frantic call! Both staff members we dealt with were wonderful! Definitely earned 5 stars from us, and all our future business!

Capital Mefdical, started out with good service, then six months down the road the service has gone from bad to really non existent. I get c pap supplies from there, and it's hard to speak to the rep, when you do place the order through the receptionist, it take weeks to receive. I tried on June 20, 2023, to reach the rep Jason still haven't talk to him, so I asked for a supervisor, a lady came on phone that day and promised she would call me back by the end of the day to take my order and today Thursday, June 22, 2023. And I've still heard from no one. So if you see or are recommended Capital Medical, move on to the next medical supply company. POOR DISGUSTING SERVICE...

My mother is now in hospice. We were recommended to work with Capital medical. They called and set up an appointment 04/19 from 1PM-4PMI called at 3:10 and was told they would call the tech and he would call me back.I called them at 4:10 and asked when the appt time was and I never received a call back. The lady I spoke with said the tech will only call back when they have an est time. I told her I had a scheduled time which she told me they dont give timelines.I explained that I had been given a time and she never told me that the tech would call back once he had an estimated time. She began to argue with me. When I asked to speak with a manager, she stated the tech was new and when I asked you could have called me to update me and she yes we could have.DO NOT use this company for your dying parent. They are not dependable and not truthful in their communication.

So i guess my review got taken down … but my aunt had a TERRIBLE and DISGUSTING experience with them … i posted pics and they are all publicly visible so feel free to look …. But DO NOT go thru these ppl if you want your loved one to survive more then a couple days when they get on hospice …. Dusty and dirty filters .. dirty machines … and they are half a$$ with everything

this company if the worst. I am forced to use them due to a contract and obviously these people do not understand their clients. we are end of life care and need DME asap. they constantly call our patients behind out backs to convince them to delay deliveries. they also take forever to pick up equipment. just today I have been trying to get an ETA on DME that should have been delivered last night and they will not return my call nor my co-worker's calls. when their equipment breaks (like oxygen concentrators or hospital beds) they take forever in getting a technician out and/or getting a replacement. stay away from them.

Capital Medical Supply came through in a big way. They helped ease the pain from a difficult situation for our son. They listened to our needs and worked to provide the perfect wheel chair for him. I highly suggest using them with your medical supply needs.

Terrible experience with these people. They delivered a walker that was not what was expected/ordered and then did not call me back for 3 days. After calling for 3 days and finally getting through they told me that if I needed a different walker that I would have to pay for it. The reason they stated is that they can't take something back that's already been paid for by the insurance company which is ridiculous because it's brand new. Now we have a walker we can't use with no solution.

Service is nonexistent,customer service is horrible, and they decide what areas they want to cover the you chair breaks down. So do like I did and use NuMotion. NuMotion is far superior in every way.

Wouldn't recommend period. Underpaid overworked delivery workers expected to be available 24/7 pretty much cause and effect is the trickle down of being understaffed with limited appreciation for the few laborers under their employ!!!! Impacts performance quality as well as condition of equipment resulting in a lot of items being unavailable and unsanitary. Greed is why they constantly take orders for supplies that aren't available and laborers are expected to make appear out of thin air even though the job is time sensitive. Very poorly ran company. Wouldn't recommend for service or employment unless you're just desperate
