You must be aware of who you are dealing with. Ideally, your broker should be regulated in both their home country and yours. There are plenty of regulated brokerages, so I don't understand why you'd trade with an unregulated one, but in a condition where you have fallen victim I would advise you report rather than seek recovery because majority of the so-called recovery companies are scam, you can always report to the likes of info @hackleague .io or ***********.

Terrible payment system. Takes 5 + day for a payment to come out of my account. It often is returned for no reason, sometimes up to 9 days after making the payment. Will be canceling. Not recommended.

After paying a large lump-sum payment of $***** to pay my entire credit card balance off for the month for all the balance that was do Capital One refuses to adjust a cash advance fee when there is no balance on the account I spoke to a representative and a supervisor and both of them said the same thing that I took money and I should be charged for it again the card is paid off to a zero balance there is not a balance

If I could give this bank -10 I would. I have had multiple issues with Capital One since 2017. Ridiculous overdraft fees, hundreds of paper notifications even though I have repeatedly turned them off, takes days to clear a check, and weeks to resolve any issue with your account. And mysteriously, my account notifications are shut off at times so if I get over drafted I won't know, so they can charge me $** fee per charge+. This is a recurring issue, and I called them again today about it because my notifications are off and I did not turn them off and they charged me #$**- and their answer was "we can't do anything about that" and offered no explanation or other solution. I will be switching to a new bank as soon as possible unless someone can contact me and offer some answers, I am fed up.

HORRIBLE ,STAY AWAY. Capital one has NO CONSIDERATION for consumers. Great commercials so tells you a lot where Capital one invest there money . For sure it's not resources for clients. During an emergency capital one flops and a joke. No way to get cash advance or limits needed is a journey process. MAJOR LESSON LEARNED

I had a 7 day hold placed on a credit card payment that was 100% unwarranted. I had consistently used the card and paid it off as I used it. Never been overdrawn, late, etc... The money had withdrawn from my checking account and when I asked purpose for the hold I was told that I had made too many payments that month against my balance. Nowhere in their documentation do I see this as a reason for such a hold. I see all the normal ones for missed or overdrawn, but not this. I will be closing my credit card and taking my business elsewhere. Shame on you Capital One for robotic support staff and overall poor customer service.

10+ years customer with that company. opened account to build my credit. 2 credit card was active for over 10+ years, has shown my loyalism to company. I applied ********* **, ****** *****, ****** ******, ***** ****** ***** they all provide me a high credit limit. upward to ** on each company. **** *** **** credit card, which I was trying to avoid since I knew it was operated by Capital One the employee at BPS has convicted me to apply for credit card. I tell to myself, Capital one is going to deceive me again. so I decided to give a try. not surprised they gave me *** limit...I have request 3 times and they says my account is too new. but Excuse me. I had been with you for 10+ years using other credit card.. basically they gave me a finger up and dont care how long I was with me. well back to you. Ill not use the credit card within this company. you will not get any cent from me.

I was cheated $*** by ****** ****** *** *** **** ****. I disputed the charge with Capital One credit card company. They credited me back $*** which made me happy for a few days. I submitted paperwork with overwhelming evidence that I was cheated, but they rebilled me right away (I don't believe they even looked at and communicated with the vendor). I have been their loyal customer for many years, Now I know they will not help you when you need it. They just want to make money. I will cancel my Capital One credit card. Please do not use CapitalOne credit card.

I received my Capitol One credit card one week ago. Checked my card and noticed a $** charge to my account. Called the automated customer service phone number, did not punch in any numbers, stayed on the line and got a rep. Capitol One charges their service fee upfront. No big deal. I look forwards to doing business with them in the future. It would behoove you to check your card balance at least once a week. BE PROACTIVE.

Capital One, which handles the ****** credit card, is HORRIBLE! They have been harassing me for months for interest I don't owe them. Every time I call their "customer service" line they give me a different amount. I have even paid them money I don't feel I owe them to make them go away. I wrote their "customer service" people a letter and their wrote back May 27, 2021 saying "we have removed the late fees and/or interest charges on your account." Yet starting May 17, they sent me emails saying I owed them money. And when I called them June 18, they said I owed $***! I have had my ****** card since 1998 and only had one late fee a few years ago--the PO didn't forward it to me. Everyone knows how bad mail delivery was this year and the last mailed bill I got from them was Feb. 10 and it was due Feb. 14! So yeah--it was late. I cancelled my card May 25. I would give them NO STARS if I could

My information was stolen and an account was opened in my name through capital one. I called to get that account information to add to my ongoing police report; however, capital one did not and will not aid in helping to resolve this or help with the investigation. Instead, they put MY account into an 'investigation' without notifying me (they did also restrict the actual fraud account) and they had no plans of notifying me. When I called after noticing this error, I was transferred 6 times prior to being told there is nothing they can do at the moment to help - I cannot even close the account. I have to wait for the 'investigation' of my 4 year account before being able to then PAY THEM so I can cancel the account. In short, Capital One is far more concerned with protecting those that commit fraud than aiding their customers - if you want them to fix their own mistakes, you are forced pay them, what seems like a ransom, to be let out of your account that is held hostage. 1 star is too high.

I have accounts on the Credit card and Banking Side, and still I had 7 day hold on my account, I had submitted a payment of * ******* and came through immediately and when cancel it the whole situation we hell from there. I never got email that there was hold on my account for both of my credit card payment and have emails that proved the payment has post to my account on the banking side and I call in and that’s when found out that there was hold and was told that the banking side and the credit side was separate and that’s why there was hold, granted I have bank with other banks and the payment came through immediately when banking and using my credit with the same bank, when call in the Banking side the suppose supervisor sent it up for me to get a call from ERT and her name is Amy and when spoke to the Credit card side I spoke with Kenny a supervisor and he refused to send the issue up to ERT so waited on the phone with him for hours I just want this policy to be change it’s customer oriented and makes no since that I have to wait

I have 3 Capital One Cards and have had no issues with any of them. If I have ever had to call I get fast professional service reps that value my time. I recommend Capital One to everyone Best Card Ever!

Paid car loan off Jan2021. Still have not received title. Called about title. Call was sent to someone in South america, who could not find loan by ss#... Finally got then to transfer me to someone in US ... WHO STILL COULD NOT FIND THE LOAN WITH SS#. They ended up asking what year it was purchased and found it within 2min.... How is that possible? I'm sure they done many other loans that year. Now they want me to pay an additional $** to get a letter saying we paid it off so we can get a duplicate title! Guess if company isn't making enough money legally you have to resort to other methods.

So apparently I fell victim to a advertisement scam and the check I was sent to deposit into my account was fake so obviously capital one froze my accounts which I felt was normal but after 3 representatives and an hour and a half of wait time I finally got the department I needed to clear my accounts just for the lady to tell me I’m lucky they aren’t dropping me as a costumer and basically go over all the type of scams out there because if it happens again they could remove me as a costumer but hold on they froze my checking and my savings account not my credit cards with them ooh no cuz if I needed money I would have to borrow it from them with interest what a joke.
