I am not sure why the females in this store is so unfriendly. I went to get an outfit for Valentines Day. I was in the store for over 1/2 an hr and none of the two females there even said hello.
Just to let you know you are customer service representative. You are serving the public. If no one comes in, you will be out of business. I saw two outfits that I like but I ended up leaving since it seems as if I wasn’t welcome or my money wasn’t green.
Cato’s need better customer service.

They were sold out of my size in just about everything, including the new Fall fashions. They need to do better ordering more of the fashions they sell out of quickly.

My wife likes this place, for the variety of sizes and closes that they have. But also feature easy returns at one of the few brick and mortar stores that are left.
