Steph, Jontae and Chase moved a piano to my residence. They were punctual and handled the instrument carefully. They made sure everything was placed correctly before leaving the site. Steph, Jontae and Chase were a polite professional team that worked efficiently.

Josh and Jesus worked hard and were pleasant and communicative through the whole process! My sofa was not able to be moved into my new property, but it was not due to any lack of effort on their part.
Pricing was straightforward. With processing fees it was only about 10 dollars total over the cost of their 2 hour minimum and truck fee. I appreciate knowing what I'm gonna spend for something. Was given a window of arrival between 11 and 4. Got a call a bit after 1pm and they were on site by 2pm. Things flowed efficiently.

Cavalier unloaded my Uhaul for me. I had a great experience from working with Anthony who gave me some good tips too look out for with other movers to Jontae and Julio who unloaded my truck. I used a different company to load the truck and they did not strap things down. When I arrived in Richmond things were a mess and when Julio and Jontae opened the truck things started to fall out. Jontae and Julio made sure nothing fell and reorganized everything. Julio noticed I had colored sticker dots on my boxes and they indicated what was in there. He organized the boxes by color. I was very grateful for that. The boxes were stacked neatly. When there was a damaged box they told me. I really felt like they put in extra effort that they didn't have to. When it came time to tipping, I gave them what I could, but I know it wasn't enough. I would definitely use Cavalier again.

On 9/26/2024 I had the best moving experience I have ever had while moving with Cavalier Moving LLC. Two trucks and 4 crew members Matt, Manny, Swny, and Adrian arrived on time as scheduled. They were very polite, professional, and worked consistently throughout the moving process. They were efficient and worked steadily the entire 5 hours and moved all my belongings taking great care to not damage anything. I would highly recommend Cavalier Moving LLC for any moving needs and would personally use them in the future should the need arise. Thanks to Matt, Manny, Sony, and Adrian for making a stressful day so pleasant.

I recently hired Cavalier Moving for my move, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the start, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient.

My move with Brennan, Manny and Seth was excellent! It was an extremely long and difficult day, but they made sure that it all went as smoothly as possible! They are very hardworking guys and I am very thankful for them. I don’t plan on moving again, but if I did I would use Cavalier again!

I have been riddled with anxiety for the last two weeks about my move. Cavalier moving made this extremely easy. Daniel & Jacob absolutely crushed it. They did the best job. They were so quick and resourceful. I am so thankful for their help today. It made this transition a million times easier. I am also so grateful I chose to work with a company who partners with Pink Chair Project RVA. it made this experience that much better.
