This branch has no respect for the customer's time, our time does not matter. I have an appointment but I'm still waiting 40 minutes beyond the time and counting. Do not open an account at this branch.

Made my first deposit. Julie was absolutely amazing. She did my deposit and we talked a bit about where we each grew up as it turns out we are from the same local area. This is my first time being a chase customer ame first time visiting an branch and her customer service and professionalism and friendly attitude really made a great first initial impression. I believe I made a great choice in becoming a customer and Julie really helped solidify that decision. Thank you Julie.

Every time I call to speak to customer service about a serious issue somehow rerouted and then recording comes and thanks me and then the call ends I never got a chance to speak to a representative ??

Worst bank to do business with if you are a small business… 5k dollars checks takes 2 weeks to clear. And one option to clear the check faster is bringing the bank statement of the person who give you the check for them to see if the have the money. How in the world they came up with that???

Glad i dont have a checkings/savings with them, they’re super complicated, plus without exaggeration I called them about 15 times today and they just won’t answer. I went to this branch this morning to pay off my credit card with a check issued to them (refinance) and not only they didn’t take it but didn’t offer any solutions AND stamped a “void endorsement” on the check without my authorization… would never bank with them!!

Drove 45 mins to the bank and waited and was told the wait was so long that they made me an appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait when I come for appointment. I drove 45 mins one way again for my appointment and still had to wait 30 mins. The banker doesn’t value their customer doesn’t value their customer’s time. The supervisor was there and didn’t help me at all and I don’t know why she decided to help someone came in after me and that person didn’t even have an appointment. It basically took me two 90 mins round trip and two 30 mins waiting time a total of four hours for a 5 mins transaction.

I have had a personal credit card with Chase for many years. I have always been pleased with their service and I am very excited that they are going to be present in the Richmond area. I will strongly be considering moving some of my financial accounts to this branch once they have opened. I would encourage anyone to consider Chase for your banking needs.
