I spoke to 1-800 customer service today to get my account upgraded and was told incorrect information as I was looking at it online. So I called my local branch and got an amazing rep named Tray. I called to see if I could have my accounts upgraded thinking I would need to come into the branch. NOPE she did it right over the phone with EASE. Thanks for such great customer service!

Nobody available, and not even the option for a voice mail - "Nobody is available, call back later." Are you SERIOUS? Is this a JOKE? JP Morgan, Chase Bank, and you can't afford people to answer your phone nor can you afford a voice mail? Are you kidding me? Clowns.

I remember setting up my bank with Chase and it was a great experience and when I was faced with an specific issue I was told to give it time by my private consultant. I was told by my consultant that I could come back to them specifically if I ran into the same problem. After waiting a few days the issue wasn’t being resolved by customer support, in which I was instructed to return to the branch for further assistance. Upon arrival my first instinct was to revisit my consultant that knew my specific issue and would be able to handle it directly (anyone who understands the important of dealing with THAT one person when there is an issue can obviously see why I ATTEMPTED to go back to that specific consultant) Unfortunately when I walked in I was given an awkward glare through the glass that made me assume that there was a problem going on (something out of my control) once I spoke with a teller about my issue they specifically remembered me and pointed me to my consultant and as I waited… I received an “This individual is in a meeting, they can’t see you right now” (keep in mind we made eye contact before I fully walked into the bank). After waiting I was told that I would speak with a manager… and surprisingly a new customer walked in at the same time the manager walked in, and come to find out the new customer went to the consultant (the one who told me to come back to them) while I was directed to a different person (the manger) I was a bit confused and flustered because my consultant claimed to be in a meeting but took someone else in at the same exact time! Instead of directly handling my issue which “SHE” knew of. Thank you to the manager that resolved my issue but for the consultant I hope you have the day you deserve. Conversations resolves a lot of issues, not awkward closed door discretion

This five star review is for ONE particular Chase employee only. Her name is Treyana. She went above and beyond helping me finally get my account straightened out after the back office had flagged it for fraud multiple times for no reason whatsoever. She sat down with me and had the issue resolved within 30 min. So here’s a big shoutout to her! Oh and Chase, pretty please with sugar on top; Get your proverbial $&!? together! I spoke to 20 thousand agents with Chase and Capital One trying to open up a business account and transfer money from one account to the to other. They kept blocking me for fraud. Either take off the online option to open a business account or do something different because I can see from the reviews I’m not the only customer this has happened to. Pure silly. Nonsense.

I moved to Richmond and needed a bank in town. I looked online and found that Chase was in Richmond. I could open my account online and with that and setting up direct depoist will be given $225. I did that was given my account number and sent an ATM card. I set up to have depoist sent as well. Five - six days later cannot log into to my account. I call the 800 number was told my account has been closed and thats too bad for me. I call again and get told the same thing. I go into the branch and the branch has to call the 800. Heres the thing the bank has my money and will send it to me in 15-30 days. If i want to open a new account with them I can. Why would i do busness with them. I asked them if i open an acount what will be done for me. The person on the phone stays with his scrpit. My account is closed and thats too bad for me. We have your money and we will send it to you in 15-30 days. waste of time. I knew a bank would not give out free money. NO wonder they offer 225 to open an account. You open the account put money in it and it gets closed and you have no way to get your money.

The ATM took my cash deposit and then broke down didn't even give my money back I went into the bank they don't service that ATM called chase was on hold hour and half to have a 3 min conversation about the broken ATM never again will I use a atm to deposit cash or checks my lesson is learn
