Happened upon this spot randomly by hopping off the freeway to avoid major traffic lol Staff was friendly, food was good, and bathrooms were clean-what more could a girl ask for lol ?Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options...some even vegan ?Parking: There was a small parking lot right in front that we parked in. Also was a larger lot but it wasn't clear if it was for Chipotle or the apartments nearby, so I highly recommend reading any signs just in case to avoid tickets!? ?Wheelchair accessibility: On ground level

Steak tasted horrible...chips were old some soft and crunch some not even chewable..it says its a charge for extra guac but you don't even get the first scoop its just a charge for guac.. or they don't understand their own menu..everyone I've been to you get 1 scoop free..they were playing and joking not even acknowledging me and other guess waiting...by far the worst one in richmond.. to be the newest

I travel often for work. Chipotle is a go to, fast and easy. This is the 1st time I’ve felt the need to leave a review. I was in a little before noon, and ordered a rice bowl. The worker seemed bothered that I asked her to make me a rice bowl. She begins to start to scrape the bottom of an empty rice bin, as she’s doing that I request a new batch of rice. This is where she looks at me as if I ordered something off menu, reluctantly she grants my request, but continues to scoop the fresh rice over the hard yellowed rice…this blows my mind. I ask her to please make a new bowl with the fresh rice. I can see the anger in her face (I didn’t force her to work her…fyi.). As she says “beans” I go no, but she continues to try and put beans on the bowl, I stopped her mid pour, so only a bit of bean juice made it on to the bowl, sad that I had to be ok w this, but I’m choosing my battles at this point. She starts to paddle hot sauce and corn salsa haphazardly onto my bowl and if the splash guard wasn’t in place, I would be wearing a part of the bowl I ordered. All in all the food was stale other than the fresh rice, the personnel is bothered that you’ve come into the building, and the attitude by all was very salty. I’m not looking for anything, but I will not be coming back to this Chipotle…PERIOD!

Have ordered from from here because it is so close to where I am. The order is NEVER correct . My last order, it was cold. I wanted an 11am pickup. They open at 1045. And my order was not only cold, but wrong.

Very rude when I asked for more chicken . I asked for more cause she only put 6 pieces of chicken on my rice . Then made the rest of my bowl sloppy throwing the toppings on very sloppy. Then I get my stuff wrong up n the lady was rude too. I slide my card and wait for her to hand me my food and she said it ain go threw . Like my card declined when I looked the keypad it came up approved . She then pushed my food to me and not hand it to me like they are trained to do. The white lady behind me didn’t receive attitude she got spoken to with respect and food was made with Care. Sad it be your own people who mistreat u as a customer .

Without a doubt, the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here many times and every time, the customer service seems to be worse. Placed an online order that said it was ready for pickup on the app. Went in and the guy working the online order area said I had to go to the front register and get it. It wasn’t ready and they didn’t even have my order printed to be made at all. I waited almost 30 minutes while other customers waiting in line came in and out and their orders were made quickly. No apologies, no explanation, nothing. They finally made the order and I knew it was mine because I was watching what they were making and they just put it on the shelf for pick up even though I was standing right there waiting. I had to ask the cashier if that was mine and she finally gave it to me. Definitely not well run as far as management or employees in general and no communication amongst them. I’d rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to a different chipotle than have to deal with these employee’s incompetence again. It must be easier to just wait in line and order here than try to go the more convenient route with placing an online order.

This is definitely my favorite location! The food is always hot and fresh, the staff is friendly, and they're not stingy with the protein like most locations. They stay open later than the others too so that's a plus. Parking is a bit hectic because of the location but for the food and service, I can live with it!

This is easily one of the worst Chipotles in the country I've been to. The portion size is a lot smaller than other locations, but I will say their hot salsa actually does have some spice to it which is nice. I stood up by the take out window and literally no one was even at the station, and when I went inside to get my food, I literally had to call someone over to get my order. Avoid this place at all costs.Parking: The parking lot is free but I noticed that it can sometimes take a while to find a spot

Now I’m all for portion control but this place is very skimp on their protein. They wouldn’t have to cut costs and penny pinch so the budget would increase. Their budget is poor now because the service and the food and works suck big time. It’s obvious many of the workers lack common sense or have any “oomph” about themselves. I paid for a half chicken and half steak bowl, I asked for a little more chicken, not double chicken but one or two extra pieces since they were cut fairly big. Out of nowhere, a short lady came up and said “you can’t have that, that’s too much chicken and he should’ve gave you less” then proceeded to reprimand the worker in front of me. I asked for more portions. Don’t belittle him, he is just serving me. And I’m a PAYING customer who is paid $13 for a burrito bowl with two meats, not EXTRA meat so if I want a chicken, I should receive a normal portion not a smaller portion. So again, they are trying to stay on budget with these small portions trying to feed ADULT humans and the prices are only going up but the portions are getting smaller? And they think we don’t have a right to ask for more? $9 for one meat $13 for two meats. I’m getting my monies worth. And I did just that. This location is in a good area so if they don’t improve, I foresee them closing soon. Because it’s utter trashy right now.

The first employee was good with the portions of beans, rice and meat. The second employee was skimpy on all the other toppings. Was it because it was an hour before closing? There also wasn't a single fork or napkins available.

I will never return, my experience last night was horrifying. You had a Kid with a Gun, Thank God he could not rack the gun. No store manager or supervisor was present. When I called the store, still no manager or supervisor onsite to take my call.
