Portion sizes are always skimpy. Service is usually poor. This is one of the worst run Chipotles in Richmond. I say that based on dozens of not hundreds of experiences. It’s such a bummer when your local chipotle stinks.

My burrito was pathetic. I ordered double chicken, extra rice, and the burrito was the less than the length of my fork handle. I weighed it, including the tortilla and wrapper, at 385g. This is not possible based on chipotles nutrition information. Do not order online.

I went to the Short Pump Chipotle on Sunday night. Took a friend there from out of town. The dining area was a pig pen. The tables were filthy, trash all over the floor and the trash cans were overflowing. At one point, there was no one in line to be served, so the people working were laughing and having a good time. My friend went up and said that the dining area needed attention and they didn’t seem to care. I wish the Heath Department could have walked in for an evaluation.

Oof. Okay, I know better than to order meat at this chain, but apparently even the veggies aren't safe anymore. Luckily saw this piece of plastic in my burrito bowl before I ate or choked on it. Needless to say - I won't be returning any time soon.3 stars for service and atmosphere because it was take out, I don't think it would be fair to underrate an environment I was only in for <1 minute. Was hoping they'd deliver, but considering the negligence it took to produce a meal I have to assume they didn't wash if they couldn't even bother to take the tags off.... Avoiding a drive is no longer my biggest concern.Edit: in response to Scott, I have. In fact I submitted this concern to Chipotle directly BEFORE posting a Google review, due to lack of response or any apparent means of attaching photos of my concern on your website. I still (4/22) have not received any response from Chipotle besides your message that I should do what I had already done.Vegetarian options: Free guac is enough for me

I’ve been eating at this chipotle for over seven years. Lately, the online orders simply have not been enough food. I’m left sorely disappointed and hoping for more next time.

they only give you half of a scoop of rice. (I can still see the bottom of my bowl.) a full scoop of sour cream, a little sprinkle of meat and a whole handful of cheese. my whole meal was sour cream and cheese. please retrain your employees portion control because they have forgotten how to do it.

We were overcharged. Family of 5 spent over $50 for lunch. I went back to the counter with receipt and food. The employee rolled her eyes twice and said, “no you weren’t” then when my husband showed her we never got the side item we were charged for she said in a nasty tone; “well, do you want a refund?” She refused to give me her name when I asked for her name. I asked for the manager and she claimed she was the manager. Our receipt gave her name. This ranks as one of the worse customer experiences I’ve ever had. And I’ve been in management. She was disrespectful, rude and difficult. Should be fired or reprimanded at the bare minimum. No excuse for acting so nasty. Will definitely not be back.

This was my go-to Chipotle for several years. I go every Friday night and get dinner for a family of 5 (I spend a lot of money there and have over time). Something happened there in recent months. The staff has completely turned over. It now looks like a jobs program; the servers are clueless and very poorly trained. They are completely undisciplined and constantly run out of items. They walk around talking to each other while the line piles up. Some are nice, but there is no leadership and the team seems totally unprepared for their job. They have no skills and no ability to properly communicate with the customers. Total fail for whoever took this restaurant over.

The workers are the most useless people I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. They open the store late, don’t know how to make food correctly, extremely rude and lack of communication. 0 stars worst chipotle

Dirtiest, slowest Chipotle I’ve been to. Two dropped bowls and broken glass on the sidewalk. EVERY table was dirty with food and trash. Half of the fountain drinks were out of order, the lemonades were empty. Trash on the counter under the drinks, out of napkins. The trash cans were overflowing so I had to shove my food down on top. Yes I said food, found a hair in my daughter’s bowl and threw it away. The manager did refund our money for that one. I’ve never seen such slow or rude servers on the line, very pushy and I swear they were half sloth with how slow they moved. It was very apparent that the employees did not want to be there. There, I think I got it all. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

I had a large order of chipotle burritos prepared for a crew working for a company event. I ordered a variety of burritos (steak, carnitas, chicken) and delivered them to the event, when I arrived I told the boys that I was with thick meaty burritos for a couple of hard working men. In reality I brought nothing but a bunch of beans and rice wrapped in soggy tortillas, it’s as if I picked up the wrong order and walked out to deliver it to a bunch soft-handed, vegan, ninnies. Very displeased with my order, received no meet of any kind in my burritos, will not be back unless compensated.
