Amazing. Super nice and knowledgeable people. The amount that turbotax said I owed scared me, so I came here based on the reviews. Definitely worth it. They saved me a bunch, plus just nice to talk to someone through the process.

I cant get in touch with nobody in either store I have sent Texs message left voicemails and I have emailed the stores for the last 4 months about my refund I took it upon myself to find out why I havent received my refund Well its because the taxs form have to many typo errors

The only reason it does not get a one is because I’m fair , G’s personal attention which was still lackluster at best after leaving 5 voicemails having my number blocked , I mean who does that what are we 17 lol , anyway this place is horrible. Business like these pretend to service the community but in reality they are a cancer in our neighborhoods.

So how about that Citi Refund!! I’ve been going to Citi Refund for years now! I recommend this tax company to everyone. They have exceptional, fast service & and the staff are all very friendly. I love Mr. G. he takes his time and finds all deductions necessary to get your full refund. I always get my money fast & I always leave with a smile!!! ???
