Extremely helpful employees! I am new to financial business as a young adult, and just recently learned that not all ATMs take coins. Payton was extremely helpful. I did need a bit of additional help after jamming the ATM, but the person I spoke to over the phone was able to help me very efficiently! I feel very comfortable in my choice of financial institutions!

1 of the worse ever customer service issues from VA Credit Union and I have been with this bank a lonnnng time. The drive thru line on Friday March 29th was sick. Spent lunch break in line . I watched how the min of 3 other cars in line 1 & 3 was serviced while cars in Lane 2 just sat. I had to reach out to the girl that was working the line just to make sure she received the transaction because She NEVER CAME ON SCREEN TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE FACT SHE GOT IT (15MINS LATER) to find out that There was issues with I guess lane 2. no sign or come was used to let customers know not to even come in Lane..She never apologized that she skip over Lane 2 to assist older people WHEN IN FACT I HAD AN ELDER IN THE CAR ALSO.If the guy in Lane 3 made her mad We had nothing to do with him throwing the tube..

This is not pertaining to Employees, but the call center wait time. Every time you call expect to be on the phone for 30 minutes before you can talk to a live agent.

Had an appointment yesterday to close my father's account after his passing. I was given such a run-around that it was embarrassing to call this a bank. they do not follow the law and make every excuse not to cooperate with a resolution. do not do business with these people.
After a call with Holly at customer service she was great in her response and coming to a resolution. thanks so much for just listening and helping

Why are you all so SLOW? Generally, I bank online and for the few times I have had to contact Customer Service they have been great. I am sitting in line now. One car ahead of me and this has been our position for 20 minutes. A car is behind mine so I am literally stuck. At least I don't have to go to the bathroom

Lines are long sometimes but staff members are fast workers. Very polite and courteous. Friendly and knowledgeable

I was serviced by the brach manager Adrian (i think that was her name) and while she was very knowledgeable and efficient she didnt display any soft skills, i felt rushed and almost like I was a bother to her. I've never had this experience at Virginia Credit Union and have to say I was highly disappointed.

This location is soooo slow. I'm literally writing this while waiting at the drive thru. No one has been rude or anything but what I'm doing shouldn't take long AND I had to send back the thing so that they can take out the last customer's papers. Which also means it wasn't sanitized between people.
