Absolutely unimpressed. The building itself looks fine and has some nice amenities, but management is horrible. No one ever answers the phones. It takes weeks to get a response through email. It took over two months for my friend to get removed from her lease despite contacting the office almost every day. Terrible customer service. Do not live here.

If you’re looking for housing for next fall at VCU, DONT live here! Our apartment has had roaches crawling on the kitchen counters, black mold, and the walls are thin as paper (some aren’t even finished all of the way and have insulation hanging out of them).I can hear a the person living in the next door unit if he simply sniffles. My roommates closet had to have the dry wall removed and the mold that was found was horrifying.. they would have just covered it back up if we didn’t force them to actually remove it. Other neighbors are disgusting and don’t follow lease agreements. The hallways and our rooms consistently smell like cigarettes regardless of numerous complaints and a no-smoking policy. We are college students and didn’t even have high expectations, but this place is filthy and management hardly ever follows through. It’s not worth your money or health!COMING BACK a week later to add that the towing company they use is absolutely horrendous. They towed my roommates car for not being in her spot for 4 hours due to a parking issue. I was told they towed another tenants car from HIS PAID FOR spot for forgetting to put his sticker on, WITHOUT even checking documentation (but hey it’s in our lease LOL). But cars that aren’t EVEN TENANTS nor pay to live here, can park in my other roommates PAID FOR spot over night and never get towed, regardless of us calling multiple times. This has occurred 5 times now, but we were told by management that they just keep getting “lucky”. This place is a joke and nightmare if you’re a student that they think they can take advantage of! Find better!!!

We have thoroughly enjoyed living here. All inclusive, great location, staff has worked with us and has been very attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend!!

The leasing manager is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and goes above and beyond for the residents. As a Realtor, I recommend this apartment complex for my clients who aren’t quite ready to purchase a home. It’s super cute, affordable and a great location.

I lived here for more than 6 months. I was very grateful to become a resident. I lived here without being a college student. I was pleased with the lofts being unique. I was very grateful for mother paying the rent because of my health reasons. Unfortunately I did moved and applied and attended another college.

If there was zero star I would give them. After many emails, calls and unanswered messages, they broke their agreement, promised to returned the application fee and refused to do so. Stay away from them as far as you can. Beyond frustration.
