After contacting Apple because the camera on my iPhone stopped working they recommended that I bring it in to an Apple Store for maintenance. I didn’t want to drive all the way to Short Pump or Chesterfield so they recommended Computerology, which happens to be much closer to where I live. I contacted Brad through Facebook and he responded almost immediately. He was able to walk me through a reset which fixed my issue. I highly recommend Brad and his company for your computer/phone fixes and repairs! Extremely professional, and helpful!

Apple quoted me ridiculously high price just to “fix” my computer that was never broken. Apple also never mentioned the dormancy issue that can happen when their devices sit unused (which is exactly what happened to mine).
Thankfully, Computerology in Richmond diagnosed and fixed it without the Apple price tag. They’re Apple-certified, honest, and way more transparent.

My laptop camera stopped working suddenly just days before my cross-country move to California for medical school. I was so worried I would not be able to get it fixed on such short notice. Computerology came to the rescue!!! :) They installed a new screen for me with a brand new working camera and I am so happy!! They even finished it a full day earlier than expected!! Thank you so much - ya'll are the best!! I cannot thank you enough!! <3 <3 <3

iphone speakers started going bad and I took it in hoping Marnie could help me. didn’t realize until I got there that they were full service. ran diagnostics and determine the problem and in less than 24 hours I was up and running with a new iPhone (all covered by AppleCare). sooooo much more convenient than going to the Apple Store in the West End. couldn’t be happier!
