Don't Expect to get anyone on the phone, This is my first car loan with connects, And will Likely be my last. I'm even considering refinancing for a higher rate with another bank because I know I will be able to get someone on the phone if i need something. They need to work on their phone system, I'm sure I'm not the only customer they will be losing do to this.

COMICALLY bad customer service. INCREDIBLY hard to even get someone on the phone, ALL I needed to do was report and cancel my lost card, that's it! I waited 45 minutes on hold yesterday before finally hanging up, called first thing the next morning, ONLY had to wait 13 minutes to get someone on the line who I could barely hear they spoke so softly, I had to have them repeat everything they said. It took 24 minutes ON the phone SIMPLY to cancel a lost credit card. That's all! And then I have to pay $10 to have a new card mailed to me?!?!? ARE YOU KIDDING?! The ONLY good thing about CFCU is their cash advance services and rates.

This credit union has not been the same since Ron and Gloria retired. They used to be the best, now they don't bother calling back to explain anything it's just the worst.

I’ve been with Connects over 30 years have added all of my grandkids. I called this morning to check on adding another grand child unbelievable I’ve been on hold 15 minutes. This is such bad service. I am so disappointed.poor service now. Not like it use to be.

I've been a member of Connects since 1970.You couldn't ask for a nicer group of people to work with.They were particularly gracious when my mom's health was declining.They look after their members.

Horrible....don't call for assistance or help in understanding anything about the process or your accounts...you will get to your head chewed off! And lied too while they try to prove they are right knowing all the time they are wrong.

I have a car loan through this bank and it is exceptionally difficult to pay the bill. You can't easily pay online without having loan paperwork in front of you unless you transfer from another account to the savings account, which takes 4 to 5 days, and then transfer the money from the savings to the loan which takes an additional 1 to 2 days to hit. Not to mention, I have no way of finding my loan number on the account AT ALL online, so I can actually pay the damned bill via the phone or otherwise (the loan number listed on my loan paperwork popped as "incorrect" when I tried to pay another way). I don't get e-statements sent via email nor any paper bills. And the fee to pay over the phone is ridiculous. The web interface is not user-friendly and is awkward. First opportunity I get, I will be switching this loan to a more customer-oriented bank.

No 24 hour customer service, very hard to reach someone during business hours. Always pleasant when you do though. I have had a lot of issues with this bank over the years. Other credit unions participate in online bill help and credit boost etc websites and this one does not work on any of them. Someone needs to bring Connects to 2021!

The Ladies at the Mechanicsville branch are so helpful and very nice every time I see them. I was having issues logging in to the online banking because my phone number on file is currently off and the ladies was able to reset everything for me Thanks

I just tried calling to make a payment on my car they don’t have 24 hour service and their online enrollment doesn’t work either. My car payments are usually due on the 15th and they’re closed on Sunday so the only way I can’t make a payment is over the phone which is not working. Now I’m going to be late.

CFCU cares about the customers. When I had a problem they was there for me. I recommend them they are a excellent credit union.
