Ms. Joyce and Conn’s did a great job in getting me exactly what I needed and then some. Great selection of quality name brand merchandise for you to choose from. Whatever your need, they will have it. Great doing business with them.

I wish I could give more stars ?!! Mike is great. He is new but is already a wealth of knowledge. He has a very bright future at Conn's. I had a very hard time making a final decision on the 4 appliances we bought, which required two separate trips to the store and lots of head scratching. Devin helped me seal the deal on the second trip. He was extremely professional and delightfully personable. There is a reason that, at the ripe ol' age of 23, this young man is the STORE MANAGER! His willingness and commitment to satisfying the customer is beyond reproach. To say that this gentleman is an asset to the company is a gross understatement.

If I could give a zero review, I promise you I would.Where do I begin…..(Long post) I ordered appliances at the Colonial Heights, VA store with a new employee who had just started that day. However, because she was new, her manager was doing most of the heavy lifting (90% of the work). I was even approved for credit before I arrive at the store; however, they recommended that I apply for the synchrony account which I was approved for within minutes. I picked out my appliances within 30 minutes; however, for some reason I stayed in the store for at least 2 ½ -3 hours with the new employee and her manager processing the paperwork. He appeared to be training her along the way. Even through this almost 3 hour waiting period, I remained patient. Fast forward to a few days later, I called the store and left a message for someone to return my call because I wanted to swap out one item and replace with another. Needless to say, no one returned my call because for them the sale was complete and customer service was no longer a priority. Mind you, up until I signed on the dotted line, they would always return my calls.I called them back again a couple days later, and I was given an apology at the onset of the call because this same new employee knew that she failed to return my call. She proceeds with getting her manager on the phone to research my original request regarding swapping the item out and he answers the phone “Hello, this is Mike”, then complete silence. I said “Have you been made aware of my request and he states “yes, she told me about it”, again complete silence. I said “Are you waiting for me to ask the request again or am I waiting for you to respond”, he states “I’m researching it now”. Okay, why would you not say that at the beginning of the call instead of being annoyed by my request. Maybe he was frustrated that he had spent some much time with me initially; however, that was on them and not me. I picked out my items within 30 minutes. At this point I cancelled my entire order because of bad customer experience. I then decided to go to another location (Midlothian, VA) to give them a chance. I received better customer service skills at that location; however, they shipped me the wrong refrigerator. They (Midlothian location) specifically told me that the other store had me down for the wrong refrigerator and they would correct it; however, the ball was dropped yet again. Mind, you I stayed at the Midlothian Location for 3 hours as well because of them processing paperwork.Other things that you should be made aware of. If you have a gas range just know that you will need to pay an additional expense for a plumber to come out to install it because the delivery team will not do the installation. Also, if you are purchasing a refrigerator, then you would need to unhook, move it out of the way, and remove any water lines before they will install it as well. The delivery team will not install the dishwasher or microwave and you will need to have that scheduled for install on another day. These are all things that I wasn’t made aware of at the Colonial Heights location.

This was my first encounter with this business and it was a smooth and easy process from start to finish. Katherine was absolutely amazing, from the initial contact with her to the final steps of signing the contract. I do and will highly recommend this business because of the great care I received from Katherine and also her Manager. Their attentiveness to us and our needs was superior as well as the Customer Service. Kudos to you guys!!!!

I received a call from Ashley today, after viewing conns website. She was so friendly and very helpful informed me with all the deals going on . I came to the store and she was there ready to help me . She took her time to answer all my questions and give me all my options. I would come back to work with her again.

Sales Associate did a great job helping me find the merchandise I need for my home. She had patience and her customer service skills were amazing. She informed me of deals and also made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. This young lady seems new to Conn’s but she still delivered with confidence and i exit the store a satisfied customer.

High pressured sales and no model numbers on tv pricetags. This is a showroom and some sales reps more than others do not understand those of us who would like to simply be left alone. Maybe this is an unfair review because this is what i would call a showroom and im sure they are trained to be somewhat aggressive in landing sales, but it was almost creepy how our rep kept popping up and it definately wasnt for me.
