I love shopping at ConsignRVA! There are always new items every time I go in, and the customer service is top notch. Sarah is always so friendly, and her prices are fair. Bob is really helpful and accommodating as well. Can’t wait to go back and find more treasures.

I have a syster on the West Coast that loves/uses American Brilliant Period cut glass tumblers (1876-around 1920). I, as a collector, have been looking for around a year (on the internet and various shops). I found
a set of 7 at still shop at this shop for a reasonable price. I'm very happy.
Whoever stocks their store has an excellent taste for high-quality items. That is why some people mistakenly think their prices are high - you get what you pay for. Most consignment shops carry a lot of yard sale quality items; this store does not. I found their pricing is very reasonable for what they sell. And I frequent almost all the shops in the Richmond area.

Somewhat unique but not friendly upon arrival. I had a few extra minutes before work and stoped on in. The two women at the counter saw me, promptly ignored me, and started talking about their own personal lives loudly. Look, I am easy going and these are just the facts. It made me feel unwelcome and them hoity-toity and I will not be headed back in there. Awesome Peter Rabbit plates and teapot though for a reasonable price if you are looking for that bit of your childhood/parenthood to reminisce!!

This store was a very cool find. They have some estate stuff as well as some newer things by artists. The prices are reasonable for the most part... that is a personal preference but for us most of it was reasonable. Some of it was high. What is nice is that if some of the stuff stays around for a while- the price drops and the price tag has the dates it drops. There is a wide variety of things... furniture, mirrors, art, plates, etc.The people that work there are very nice and helpful.I have told several people about this location! We go every month or so to see what is new.

This shop is the most classy consignment shop I have ever seen! The owner is always bringing in new, high quality, items but her prices are fabulous. My favorite things are her smattering of small new gift-ables like tea-towels, flowers, candles, fancy paper napkins and local Richmond art.

Best home decor and furniture consignment shop in Richmond! Every time I pop in Consign RVA, I see something new! Their inventory changes daily, so if you see something you like, you better grab it that day! And as a bonus, the owner (Sarah) and her employees are delightful! 5+ stars!

I love Consign RVA! The offerings are unique, high quality and well-priced. From the affordable and thoughtful gifts to the heirloom quality furniture and art, each time I visit I find something new! Sarah, the owner, is knowledgeable and helpful- and super-easy to work with! One of the best consignment stores in RVA!

The owner is beyond unprofessional and actually accused a customer (myself) of trying to be dishonest regarding the price of two items previously discussed on marketplace. This all happened as well over emails. She charged my card 3x on this day and despite calling the store and leaving a message and emailing her several times she did not remove the charges. She absolutely knew what she was doing. I felt horrible for the little girl at the checkout which could not have been more than 13 she spoke to in such an ugly manner. She is now saying I bullied an employee on her response to this review. I reminded her cameras record Everything including what DID NOT HAPPEN. This is my first time experiencing anything like this from a store. Now I have filed fraud charges against her for charging my card. Unbelievable experience.
