Zero stars! 0% !!! The business is irresponsible for the document's errors that they made and they have low level of customer care. Arrogant, unconcerned, ignorant and greedy! We went to Creative Network Services LLC to make an affidavit. When we asked what is the price for an affidavit, the Notary said $25. No initial explanation that the price for the affidavit is only $5, but $20 cost if they write the document. If fact, no option was given to us - if we want or don't want they to create the document. The Notary took advantage of us as new un-knowledgeable customers and simply charged us $25: $20 for "creation of document" and $5 notary fee for the affidavit. We don't live in Richmond, we travel from a 100 miles away. We had to take the old mother of my husband to the Notary as she lives in Richmond and she was the affiant. We had our text written and prepared, but the Notary wrote different, more complicated text (using a template) and charge us for "document creation". Everything could be just fine except the fact that this document didn't serve us. Why? Because although the Notary wrote the document by himself and he had our ID cards in his hands, he wrote two of our names with spelling errors! Unfortunately we find out that errors when we were already at home (100 miles away from Richmond). Document with wrong written names means useless document, right? When we called the Notary to complain about the spelling error he was unconcerned. He said that he will call us back but he never did. In fact we had to call his office few times. One of our call was simply hanged off (by his son in my opinion). We decided that is simpler for us to go to the UPS store and do our affidavit for $5. However we had to travel 200 miles round trip to Richmond (again!), and take the mother of my husband to sign this affidavit. This cost us one additional day of travelling and one day no work payment. The second time I personally wrote the document. No spelling errors! However I decided to call the Notary again and to ask for reimbursement of our $25. I could finally talk with his wife who play the role of his secretary. She was overpolite and she offer us to re-sign the affidavit. I told them that we already did this because we couldn't contact them for a while, also, they didn't return our calls. When I asked they to refund this $25 because they deliver to us useless document, they refused. We raised our complain to the BBB, unfortunately we lost the case. The conclusion was that we had to verify the document before to sign. Well, I'm asking you, if you are paying for "document creation", and if your ID cards are in the hand of the authorized personnel, shouldn't you feel safe? Jorge, his wife and his son, all working together in this family business, do not perform good service. They do spelling errors filling out a simple template. I would NOT put in their hands none of my business or personal documents. They not only make errors, but they don't admit it, they don't apology, they don't make effort to resolve the problem that they cause, they don't care to offer good customer service. AVOID.
