Araceli was incredibly helpful! She got me transferred over from Boost mobile, got me a free new 2023 Samsung galaxy phone! And I got a discount I wouldn't have gotten without her. She even stayed late to help me get all set up. Fantastic experience!

Toni, the store manager, greeted me wonderfully as I entered store. And despite the fact that she had already cashed out for the day, she provided me with everything and then some that I needed before she referred me to her in store colleague. Superior customer service!!!And the District Manager, Terik, was also the epitome of professionalism as he handled my unexpected product return.When I am ready for my next phone, I promise that I am only interested in working with the Toni and Terik.And if you are in the market for your next phone, stop by the Brookhill Azalea store. You will not be disappointed.

The young there Nigel, Daniel, Christian are knowledgeable about phones and took the time to find out what they didn't know they set up my HBOmaxx and set up my Cricket app I definitely will refer them you guys check them out

If I could I would not even give this store a star at all. I came in to get a phone and it was like a hang out spot for kids. The manager Ashley had her kids in there and they were making videos and all in the store. It was not very professional there at all. So I left and went some where else. I will not be returning to that store at all. Hopefully they can get it under control.

Ashley the manager of this store was amazing. My cricket phone had locked up, and she was able to fix the problem and worked on it with patience through all the hiccups with the system. She was kind and helpful. I had sat on the phone with cricket for 2 hours this morning, and am so hankful I went in to the store and had Ashley help me. She even gave me her cell in case i had any othet questions. I will def go back to see Ashley, if I need anything!

I would give this store a zero stars if I could very unprofessional very sad and when I asked for a manager the lady said ("she was the manager so how could I help you."Unbelievable", won't be visiting this location again.
