Very bad service, those women who are there treat the clients badly, there is a lady in front of me and they do not respect, they make things difficult and they do not know how to explain well, they say that among Hispanics we do not help each other because they are Hispanics, they are there to help because that is why They are paid, and one is going to pay, not ask for free. Zero tolerance

Honestly, there is very bad service in this store, the manager makes so many obstacles to do a simple procedure and always wants to complicate easy things, I recommend that you look for other stores or change the manager of this place

Very bad experience with the lady who runs this place. I think her name is Brittany. He doesn't take good care of people, he's too slow to talk. It has no kindness or grace at all. Very angry to talk and attend. Look for people who treat their clientele well. XK bitter people are no good at running a business. Put friendly and smiling people.

Good plans, excellent coverage.
The only thing is that when you change phone
They provide mandatory insurance and care. It's excellent, but... when it comes to having the insurance removed, the lady's friendliness ends. I think the attention should be the same as when you purchase the phone.

I just went to get 3 upgrades, 2 new lines and 15 accesories! the people that attended me were awesome! Jeanny, Denise and Brittany. They explain me everything really clear and they had the patience to do it thats why the 5 stars!
