Became a tenant about 5 months ago it was a last minute move and was in a huge rush called at the end of the day and I spoke with Tonya Hersey and she made me feel very comfortable with the storage unit I’m renting

A package that was delivered on friday, its monday, at 8 am , not in storage box, waiting, at 9:15 service shows up, I need wait until 9:30 when open, its my rating wrong?

Pricing is good but not really what I expected. It was a dirt floor , so seems dirty to me . There was a floor piece of metal bent which I think was meant to keep rodents from coming in. Hopefully when. We get back in the stuff will be clean
