1. I love how they keep the buildings that the units are in very clean.
2. I love the fact that the units are inside the buildings and I don't have to worry about being outside if it's raining or snowing outside.
3. I love that they work with you if there is an issues that you need adressed.

My experience with Extra Space Storage has been exceptional. Mostly due to the amazing customer service provided by their staff, especially Mo. We have rented several units and she has been incredible. Her knowledge and patience has us coming back each time. What a great human! Nicole and John have also been great! Book now don’t think about it. Great location and incredible customer service!!

I was just at Extra Space Storage I was assisted by Ms. Nicole who was so patient and helpful with my process. Funny thing I watched her help an elderly lady before me and I thought to myself this lady is so nice she is so patient, and she is so professional... I have worked in customer service for over 20 years I started as a sales associate and worked my way up to area manager, I know good quality customer service when I see it and Ms. Nicole is one of the best in the business!
