Custom ink is an awesome source for designing shirts. Their platform is very user friendly and I always get my shirts sooner than expected! I'm leaving this review because I made a mistake on one of my shirts and I didn't think there was anything they could do but they helped me fix it! Totally exceeded my expectations. Just wow. I've been a customer for years, but now I'll be a customer for life! Thanks again for such a great designing service!

I ordered something from here because I thought they were a local business but they had my stuff shipped from Texas and apparently they rushed it and did a terrible job and I am so disappointed because I spent a lot of money on the shipping for garbage absolute garbage and I can and have done a better job personally before I just didn't have time right now and I actually trusted them. This is your warning. Do not trust them. Go to sign ink in Ashland and iron it on yourself. You'll save so much money that way anyway.

We really appreciated the option of making an appointment. The store was very busy and we were thankful we had an appointment. Laura was working alone that day, but while giving us her full attention, she joyfully greeted other customers who came in.Laura Hayden had many great suggestions on sizing, materials and graphic design. We came away with the perfect design and order. We are looking forward to receiving our shirts within a couple of weeks.
