I was seen in the emergency room today for severe back pain. They sent the scripts to this cvs at 330. I arrived to pick them up at 420 expecting to have to wait awhile as they close at 5 only to be told they would be ready tomorrow. Just unacceptable. Coming from the emergency room I obviously need these scripts. I had to ask them myself if it was possible to send them to another cvs that was open later. They should have offered to do that themselves. I am in a ton of pain and the last thing I want to do is drive further and wait some more. If they knew they weren’t going to get filled today someone should have called me. Or just fill them. It can’t be that big of a deal. Very unprofessional

If you want to print photos and have them look like garbage, this is a good place to go.

Had to go multiple times in an attempt to get one prescription. Rude and terrible service.

Blair is legitimately awesome. The first pharmacist I have had that actually solved my prescription problems vs informing me of them. She changed my day completely and had no idea.

Location is nice and spacious. Yet, the pharmacy staff ignore waiting customers and continue to fill prescriptions. While I understand that prescriptions need to be filled but they need to remember that delivery services need to be acknowledged so that prescriptions can be picked up and delivered timely. I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy. A note to management, please train your staff in customer service. There's five people in line and one of the two staff helping the line of customers. The Caucasian lady filling prescriptions looked up and pretended not to see the line of customers. She never even acknowledged the customers. This is ridiculous.

The pharmacy (and store) staff are on the front lines of the fight against the Cornavirus, they deserve credit for their dedication!

If I could, I would give this establishment less than one star. I went to get my film which I had dropped off a few weeks prior to be developed. They told me my pictures were ready and when I went to look at them, they were not mine at all. Naturally, I went back and told them they gave me the wrong package to which they told me they'd call me when they found out more about it. I left and came back hours later even though they had not called. I asked again where my film was, to which they replied that my camera had not even begun processing. So they eventually gave me a cvs store credit card for the payment I'd made on the film that didn't belong to me. When they finally developed it, I went back to pay and the store credit, which was supposed to be the exact amount, was a few cents shy and the lady was rude to me when I tried to explain the situation. Now I'm not one to be upset over some measly pennies but it's the principle of the matter. After the woman yelled at me she dismissed me saying she wasn't going to argue with me over this. I should have not had to deal with all this, especially after they were initially at fault. CVS wasted my entire day.

You can't trust this store, period. Their prices are not even competitive with the Publix next store. Their service takes forever. They don't stock vaccines (shingles), 7 months and still don't have it. Even their corporate customer service number puts you on hold forever. Today was the last straw. Tried to charge me $29 for a prescription that should have been $0. When I complained, they tried to say some insurances didn't cover this medicine and they even gave me the "discount". I didn't back down. They wanted my insurance card even though it's been there for 6 months. After reviewing it for 3 minutes, they changed my price to $0. When I complained to the Mgr; who looked just out of high school, she never said anything; just made faces at me. What a Joke for a pharmacy.

The pharmacy is ridiculously slow. I dropped off a prescription and returned 3 hours later and stood in a 15 minute line only to be told it had not been filled. Forced to wait 20 more minutes because they claimed to be so busy. Do not use this place if you have other things to get done during your day as this is a process that takes hours

I don't often write negative reviews, but dealing with the pharmacy here was exhausting and I would advise anyone getting medication for an urgent or serious matter to go to another CVS. The pharmacy (don't know if it is the individuals or the system) is an administrative nightmare. It took me three tries to get the medication I desperately needed because they kept losing or misplacing my prescription slip, the record of my doctor calling, or one of the medicine bottles. Really terrible system, really frustrating to deal with in a vulnerable state.
