Pharmacy staff are extremely unhelpful and rude. Behind the counter is messy and chaotic. I will be switching to Publix.

If your require medication on a regular basis you should just transfer to Buford Rd Pharmacy. Support a local business that's actually efficient and gets refills filled when they're requested. Somebody with a serious medical condition could die waiting for this pharmacy to fill your prescription.

These people do not care about you or your illness, they do not care that they've told it will be ready in 30min and it isn't hours later. They do not care that they have had a script for hours and hours but "can't" fill it yet. That is not their problem, do not expect curtesy or compassion. Go anywhere else.

Invariably have to call to get regularly scheduled prescriptions filled. Counter people are on the rude side. One clerk actually asked me if I could afford one medication. It took all my willpower not to say something nasty, as they have nothing in the store that I could not pay cash for. I'm seriously considering switching to Amazon's online pharmacy.

Thank you Cathryn (5-Stars) in the Pharmacy that gave great customer service. Now the reason for 2-Stars: NO rolling cart, NO hand-held basket available for customer shopping at the front door & NO CVS employee(s) at the front counter for assistance. Decided to walk around store getting the items I came for hoping to find an abandoned cart or basket to use but discovered carts and backets were being used by (4) CVS employees to re-stock selves. (0-Star) When my items became to much to carry, I went back to the front and got a CVS shopping bag, knowing this might/would be a possible risk of being accused of shoplifting. When the shopping bag became too full to carry anymore items, I went back to front counter, and lucky one of the four CVS employees was there. I asked if there was a hand-held basket behind the counter I could use while I was there? (SMH) There was! Basket was loaded with what I guess was more items that needed to be reshelved. Young man was nice enough to remove items out of one of the baskets for me to use. When I was ready to checkout, again NO CVS employee at the front counter, just those (2) obnoxious "Register Closed. Use self checkout." signs. NO, I was not doing it! So I walked to the back of store, passing the same 4 CVS employees; 2 in the isles, 1 at the photo/film station, and 1 at the back storage area. When arriving at the Pharmacy area, these CVS employees were busy busy! Helping with shots, customer questions and prescription orders. (5-Stars). I felt (a little) bad, asking the Pharmacy employee to check me out when I didn't have a prescription pickup, but I got over that real fast when my items were rung up 5-minutes later and I was heading to the exit. When exiting at the front of the store, NO human CVS employee thanked me for my patronage, but the Self-Checkout register(s) was telling an empty area "To place your items here." WTW has happened to "my" favorite CVS?!!! Hoping for the "good old days" of true customer service. CVS do better please.

They are always extremely slow. Recently, we (my SO is actually getting the prescription filled) also had a person be condescending because of the medication she was getting. Funnily enough, that medication also had problems because although the prescription was marked as filled, the place told us they were actually out of stock. No idea why this place has anything more than 2 stars. Don’t go here. Don’t waste your time.

I wish I didn't feel the need to compose this review, but sheesh...for the past 9 months, one of my 3 BP meds gets mixed up each time it is refilled...I have asked each time I go to refill it or I wind up having to return to the store for an exchange...it's the same error over and over...today, I went to the store because that is how I have known to correct this...I explained the situation to yet another new employee who went to the pharmacist in charge...this person said "we don't have that and we cannot get it for you"...wow...just, wow...I don't even know what to say...and yet I know this review will make not one bit of difference to CVS or any pharmacy employee at the store in Target on Forest Hill...

Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing at the pharmacy. 2hrs to fill a simple script, then needed to transfer it across the street which took another hr. Avoid if you wanted anything same day service, or accurate.

Their self checkout machine malfunctioned when I was scanning lightweight items, so I took the items out of the bag and re-scanned them. The blonde lady working came up behind me asking if I needed help. I said no, I got the thing to work. She says oh, well it's flashing yellow so I'm just going to watch you until you're done. Stands right over my shoulder (hello 6 feet!!) staring at me. Lady, if you think I'm trying to shoplift easter candy don't come and try to pretend you're offering me help!! Your fake self is NOT that good of an actress!! She was so obvious, it was hard not to say something snarky back to her in person, so I had to come here and say it instead, lol.

We've had issues here since we began using them. Actually not sure why we continued with them for a year. Not processing insurance correctly, "not getting scripts" from doctors who sent them, and calling for various reasons to excess.
