I was called multiple times that my prescription is ready, after waiting in the line I was told my prescription is not ready yet. I waited and received another call saying it is ready, but no one helps you, they just keep loading bottles while one person handles all the people

Debatably the worst CVS in Richmond. Average wait time during the week is 30-60 minutes. Most recently, the elderly lady at the pharmacy was rude to the woman in front of me, and then was rude to me as well.
