Share my experience oh this was the last good CVS in Richmond but now they have fell from Grace my previous reviews we're pretty good for the store not anymore they say the fish rots from the head the rot has reached the tail this store is rotten to the Core 3 months they had to fill a prescription I'll be they got it wrong when the pharmacist don't know how to bill a prescription then you let them fill it the only thing worse than being incompetent is being loud and incompetent and that's Elizabeth oh she's sassy nasty and snippy she give being ugly a whole difference name how CVS could release her on the general public I don't know NO MORE I going to a small Pharmacy I want good nice competent polite respectful and good service people to fill my prescription and wait on me I don't need nobody nasty and crappy to do it Join me on this escapade let's take all ours business to a small Pharmacy way they respect us they appreciate ours business and they want to work hard for us to be there customers no long lines no disrespectful cashiers where no waiting 2 or 3 days for a prescription to be fill where workers actually work instead of talking to each other like they are at a jr. high school playground and prescriptions filled on time just like CVS used to do but not no more this will also teach CVS not to crap on the customer base this happens when you get too big and 90 billion dollar company is blowing it I'll see you at a small Pharmacy where the pharmacist we meet you with a smile instead of a frown this is Google Number One reviewer

I needed batteries and to pick up an RX. The batteries are locked to the shelf and advise to seek an employee. The batterie section of 10 ft from a register where an employee was watching me struggle. I looked over at the employee locked eyes with them and pointed to the batteries. (I can't talk due to a recent surgery hence the RX.) The woman at the counter just stared at me and shrugged. I then lifted the price tag to expose the red lock on the shelf and again motioned to the batteries for employee assistance. Again the woman shrugged me away. So I used my pocket knife to cut only the 4pack of batteries I intended to buy and carried them to the pharmacy to pay for them and my RX. At this point the woman finally decided I warranted doing anything and started to yell that I couldn't do that and she was calling security. Again I was now waiting in line with the batteries clearly in my hand after being ignored several times before she decided I was a problem. I just needed batteries why couldn't your employe just do her job instead of ignoring me until she had an excuse to try and start something. Your store has cameras, please watch how you staff interacts with customers and dismiss them as appropriate.

There was one employee in particular. He was so rude. For what reason? I ended up going to the Kroger Pharmacy and they were normal/polite.
I’m the same guy, wanting the same thing, two completely different experiences.

Very very very rude. I asked for my child to use the restroom and was told the was NO restroom. Very unprofessional and rude! I work for CVS is know for a fact we all have restrooms! Especially for our customers!

The pharmacist today, on shift (5/18/24) he was very knowledgeable, he was very nice and friendly, and I would recommend him!!!
Update: today I came back for my second dose vaccine and notified them I was having trouble scheduling online, gave me a hard time and claimed to be busy. Wasn’t accommodating. Completely different tone of shift from original visit. Will not come back.

Every month the medication I need is out of stock. Every. Month. How hard is it to order the correct quantity of meds, so your pharmacy doesn’t run out? I depend on my medications daily. Im switching pharmacies.

I never have issues with the staff but the Pharmacy usually doesn't have all my prescriptions so I usually have to go to another location.

Hoi, one of the pharmacists at this location (2738 West Broad St, Richmond, VA) is one of the rudest, most uncaring, least helpful employees that I have ever encountered in my entire life, at a pharmacy, anywhere. I don't have a choice, but to use this pharmacy because they are one of the only ones that regularly stock my medication. He lies about CVS policies, whenever he is asked to do something he doesn't personally want to do or that requires more effort. He will just say he can't do it because of CVS policy. Today he refused to fill a prescription and blamed it on CVS policy. I called two other CVS locations who were able to fill the script and said that was wrong about CVS policy. He clearly lied. He also asks very personal questions about why I am taking a certain medication. He asks very personal questions about my medical condition, which are HIPAA violations. He questions the way my physician is treating my condition. Today, he hung up the phone mid sentence as I was asking questions, trying to understand why he refused to fill my prescription. This is not a one time occurrence. I now try to avoid going to the pharmacy when he's working, but today I had no choice. I will be filing a lawsuit against him for discrimination for refusing to fill my prescription. Obviously it wasn't against policy because another CVS location less than 5 miles away filled it without issues and without questions.

Trè, Shavon, Tiffany, Rachel are THE BEST and are so helpful Please please please give them the respect and pay they deserve. They are amazing staff and they never fail to deliver quality and timely service !! 10/10 would recommend this CVS and it’s top notch service and staff.

Do not take passport photo there, the photos are blurry and not fulfilling the requirements.
