This review is specifically for passport photo services. Tanya was SO helpful and patient in helping us get photos of our 1 1/2 year old and we came away with a few excellent passing options. I would definitely get photos at this CVS again.

Staff very polite and the store is always clean. I'm not sure about others experience but I know Everytime I go on there it's pleasant. And the line is never long out the door long or have to sit down long. 5 stars ? from me.

I was in the CVS yesterday and the manager told me I couldn't hangout and talk to the people who run the store so then she kicks me out of the store when I come frontier her about it don't go to that store

Today, 10/27/23 I had the misfortune of interacting with the customer service team at this CVS pharmacy and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. The level of ineptitude and lack of professionalism displayed during my phone call was unprecedented.The lady I spoke to was very rude! Her phone manners were appalling. She sounded disinterested and bored throughout the conversation, as if they were doing me a favor by picking up the call. Her tone was condescending and dismissive, making me feel like my concerns were insignificant and unworthy of her attention; she hung up on me even though I told her I would wait on the line. Terrible customer service!

Been coming to this CVS for about three years since the one up Brook Rd past the interchange closed. Things have steadily gotten worse here. I went to get my covid vaccine & flu shot last week, as well as the HPV vaccine the CVS website recommended I get based on my records. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment, as requested by the instructions. I then stood in line for 20 minutes trying to check in while the staff fumbled over lost prescriptions for other customers. Finally got checked in - five minutes late, thanks to their disorganization - and proceeded to wait another FIFTY minutes for my name to be called for the shots! Finally I asked the med tech who was passing by when I would be called, since people that showed up after me had been getting their shots, and she was nice and took me right then & there.But then, I got my covid shot, and she told me I didn’t need my vaccine card updated - but the CVS instructions said to bring it. Ok, whatever. Then she said to have a good day - and I asked about the other two shots I was supposed to get. I was told they had no record of that. I pushed the issue and magically she found my name in their system for the flu shot. So then, I got that, but she made me use the other arm. The past two years I have gotten them both in the same arm. Not pleased. At that point, 1.5 hours spent in this miserable cluster felt like enough so I left without getting the HPV shot that CVS itself had prompted me to sign up for.All of their pre-appointment instructions were meaningless. Nothing went smoothly. My time was seriously wasted. And I heard all kinds of nightmares from other customers just by listening while I waited - people showing up for pick-up based on texts their meds were ready, but being told they didn’t have them or couldn’t fill them despite the text alerts. They were also scrambling since they’d run out of one type of covid vaccine, but the CVS website didn’t give an option of manufacturer so it shouldn’t have been a big deal. They made it into a big deal by trying to explain the shortage to every patient. One couple did make a stink and held everyone up over the switch, but no one else cared - just wanted to get boosted and go on about our lives. As usual, this CVS spent so much time tripping over themselves to explain their deficiencies that they totally missed delivering basic customer service and listening to what people actually cared about. Looking for another pharmacy soonest.

These folks are overworked and underpaid. For the love of god hire more staff, provide incentive with better wages and course correct this sinking ship. They never have my meds ready. Then they’re either filled incorrectly (half a months dose) or the entirely wrong prescription altogether. I don’t normally write reviews and as a former service worker I try to be reasonable but this place is testing my patience. I’m moving on for everyone’s sake.

Lied to me and said they never got the prescription refill notification when my doctor double confirmed it was sent. Will not pick up the phone and treated me like I was i was a burden for asking for service.
