Old white lady at the front register is SO rude. Gave me the biggest attitude because she doesn’t know how to use the systems to run certain transactions. I came in with an issue with one of my items from an online order and needed help with a replacement. She said, “…well I have a line and I can’t help you call the 1-800 number,” I was planning on grabbing a few more items and have a nice little shopping trip and her demeanor had me saying NOPE I won’t let her ruin my day. I still thanked her and left with a smile.

Pharmacy staffed by a bunch of rude jerks who barely speak English, i have no idea what happened here but they couldn't care less about you or your pain. Rushed to get you off the phone, no care for your situation. Do not have these people handle your prescriptions!!

I had a question on an item and the cashier couldn’t answer it. She called the manager and he didn’t show up in about half an hour which is really frustrating. They wasted my time.

My experience, getting information how to use a medication from Pharmacist on 09/5/2025 at 9:20 request CVS to listen to the conversations as she does with All CVS customers ASP , with me was very rude .

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service (05/13/2025 @ 11:08–11:13 AM)
I had a very upsetting experience today. I was standing inside the store from 11:08 to 11:13 AM, clearly waiting in line. The woman at the front (a heavier-set employee) completely ignored me, refusing to acknowledge or assist me. It was obvious she didn’t want to do her job.
What made the situation worse was that the moment I gave up and moved toward the self-checkout, she immediately turned around and offered assistance to the Hispanic man who was behind me in line. That felt discriminatory and unacceptable.
If this is how Black customers are treated here, it’s deeply disappointing. Everyone deserves respectful and equal treatment. Do better.

Fiancé is ACTIVELY trying to get her prescription as of today and this pharmacy is trash. She has called multiple times and not one person in that pharmacy has been helpful. They continue to mix her last name up, have sent her prescription back multiple times, and refuse to give detailed responses to what their issue is. PLEASE SEEK A DIFFERENT PHARMACY! DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS TO THIS CVS!!!!

Love Love Love CVS ❤️ Everything I May Need and want is there. My local Cvs is the best the employee's are nice and super helpful the store is clean even the bathroom!!

Very bad experience, I was served by 2 girls, one brunette and the other with a veil, they were going to close and in a bad way they told me that I had to leave, they don't know how to take care of what terrible service.

The worst- be prepared for extremely long wait times at the pharmacy, and they are frequently of stock of your meds, etc., inconvient hours (yeah thanks for closing in the middle of the day to give yourself a lunch break, not even banks do that...). I have wasted so much time here and endured so much frustration. CVS is an abomination, I'm going to try to find an alternative ti this misery.
