In the pharmacy-Very rude experience at times- it seems like it doesn’t matter if they help you , even if you’re the only one in the line as I was yesterday. I’m not going back where I have to ask ( politely) to be recognized waiting patiently.

Was able to do a walk in Flu vaccine in the morning only waiting a few minutes. Pharmacist was pleasant and knowledgeable.

The pharmacist Blair is professional and genuinely cares for the patients. She always responds in a timely fashion to my messages with kindness and empathy.
The pharmacy technician Jacob is the absolute best..knowledgeable, helps you w/discount cards-which can be so confusing, always keeps the line moving (that place gets BUSY) and is generally kind and professional.
They've got a great team there and I'm happy to have selected that location as my pharmacy!

This is the slowest freaking pharmacy I’ve ever experience in my entire life and their system is the stupidest most inconvenient thing I’ve seen. The only reason I come here is because my one medication is cheaper than at Kroger but it’s a waste of my time and incredibly stupid that I have to wait in line just to go to a different register to tell them to apply the coupon, and then have to WAIT IN LINE AGAIN just to wait for the main register to print a new label. WE HAVE STUFF TO DO WHY ARE YOUR PHARMACISTS AND SYSTEM SO GOSH DARN SLOW. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, fix your systems and light a fire under your pharmacists’ butts.

I have called 3 times trying to talk to someone at the pharmacy. Each time after I've gotten through 5 minutes of junk, I'm told to leave a message and they'll call back within an hour. Really? It's not lunch time for them and calls should be accepted. I'm ready to move my prescriptions elsewhere. Very frustrating.

I’m usually not compelled to write a poor review but my hope is that people will read this and be encouraged to be more mindful of their unconscious bias when interacting with people of color. I live in this neighborhood and I am a working professional, always on the go. This location is super convenient for me and has been my go-to one stop shop for the last 3 years. I literally loved the staff here until recently. The last few times I’ve shopped it’s been a whole new staff of unfamiliar faces. I always use the self-checkout here and have had no issues until recently. On multiple occasions, recently, I’ve been at the self checkout and have had an associate (usually white, as I have noticed the diversity in the staff here has decreased significantly), stand behind me and monitor me at the checkout. The first time it happened I didn’t think much about it, new policy maybe, it wasn’t a big deal, although it was very uncomfortable. The energy was micro-aggressive at the least. However, on another trip I was watched again at the checkout, I got into my car and turned around because I forgot something, went back and realized that there were other patrons, who were white not being watched. As soon as I came back the staff seemed to be on alert as I came back into the store and I was watched as again.The pattern has continued to happen with the exception on one associate they’ve had for a while who is familiar with me and always is super pleasant and doesn’t watch me. This experience has been very disheartening each time. I’m leaving this review in the hopes that this experience doesn’t happen again to another person of color and so that sales associates can be more cognizant of how their behavior, and possible unconscious biases they may have towards people of color. I hope everyone who reads this is blessed and more aware of how they view and treat people.

STOP DELETING MY REVIEWS - This location is always out of stock on prescriptions...Everytime I call in they pick up and have nasty attitude and then put the call right back on hold. It's a group of incompetent, lazy people

Had a coupon for my pricey prescription and the pharmacist found an even lower price for me! I really appreciated the help and all the staff is pleasant to work with.

I mean I like this CVS, it is clean and the people are always friendly :). The only issue I have with CVS (IN GENERAL) is there is now an expiration date on the extra bucks so I never go back in before the date so I miss out on using them while Walgreens gives me my rewards whenever so I have stopped doing most of my CVS shopping and moved to walgreens. Sorry but I want my savings and if Walgreens is going to keep them for me until I come again then they will get my business.
