I had a great experience at the CVS on lakeside ave. The employees helped me with what I was looking for and the check out was fast and the employee asked if I wanted to use my CVS rewards.

Good customer servive in the front end pharmacy tech are autistic and cant greet a customer took them for me to walk away for them to just shut the window. Real nice feeling, making me feel so valued here… terrible greet the customer when they walk up! That is piss poor terrible customer service id fire each of them if they were my staff and did that to someone! Couldve said 1 word “hey sorry we are closing down for lunch” instead they all sat back there and waited for me to walk away. Unbelievable. Learn customer service skills guys cmon

Drank half a bottle of orange juice purchased today from this location. Tasted awful so I checked the expiration date. It was Dec 2023. So they are not rotating stock or protecting consumers from rancid food. I feel ill. I don’t think I trust the pharmacy anymore either.

Transferred here from the HORRIBLE Bellevue Ave location, and the pharmacy staff was awesome! I’ve only been here a few times so far but each time the service was great.

if I could give less than one star I would.there's never a cashier up front,so you have to wait for someone to finish whatever they claim is work to come up front and check you out.so when you finally get someone to stop messing around,then you have to deal with their poor attitude.definitely would not recommend this store to anyone

I arrived at the store on my bike to get to the pharmacy when I was yelled at by Tony to move my bike for no reason at all it was in nobodies way whatsoever if you don't like your job stay home

I'd like to give it one star the pharmacy staff is so rude I travel for work, and I've asked one simple question if I can get my prescription filled a day early which is only one day and they've done it before but the way that they speak to you they treat you like you are beneath them Worst place ever advise you to go somewhere else.

Tried transferring my prescription business here to support the location in my neighborhood. After being on hold for 10 mins the call just disconnected. I never see any customers in the store when I’m there so I’m surprised it’s that difficult to answer the phone. Disappointing.
