The pharmacy is staffed with some of the most kind and nice people! Every time I walk in, for the pharmacy or not, they will greet me by name and I have only been in there 3 times. They are very fast and efficient when busy and never stop smiling. The pharmacists are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you understand everything about your prescriptions and will answer all of your questions. I can't say enough about the pharmacy here. It's the most at home I have ever felt.

CVS in Bon air was great found my product easily. Casher was most impressive young but patient and helpful. Made the experience so nice since i was in to get bandages for a burn and in pain.

The pharmacy staff, one tech in particular, is always unpleasant. I understand the staff in all pharmacies are swamped. I see it when I’m there but I’m always polite and patient. That is never reciprocated at this location. Never a smile, hello or thank you. You are still in a customer service position and it’s unacceptable to behave this way. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions from this location.

The best CVS in Richmond or Bon Air, Va. they go the extra mile adhd Kevin is exception at problem solving and getting you all disco ugh it’s adhd calling corporate if needed. He was there today 1/10-24 around 12:30-1:00 pm. He is a polite and steady, no drama, problem solver and does it seamlessly with a smile and there’s no underlying atttude of being solicitous just so genuine. Give this man.a raise. He’s your secret to success and should train all the other employees nd observe them. I had my own business for 35 yrs and he’s a valuable asset.

I was really upset with the behavior of the young man, pharmacist , who was on duty on 1/19/24 at 11:30am at the CVS. His behavior bordered on inexplicable rudeness! I was told by the pharmacy tech that the pharmacist needed to speak to me about my prescription(OxyContin) before he could ring me up. When the pharmacist finally came, there was no eye contact nor a greeting. He merely said nonchalantly, “Do you have any questions?” I had questions, but with his attitude I said no. OxyContin is a very addictive & potentially dangerous drug to be treated so lightly by this supposedly professional. I could have been a non-reader & needed the information about how to take this drug safely as directed. I hope that this was a one off for this young man. Otherwise,This young man will not last very long in a field that deals so closely with the public. I hope that this was just a one off for this young man.The other staff were polite & professional.

I purchased a dozen roses for a holiday family gift exchange for a pre-Christmas family dinner. The roses were near the check-out counter & the associate applied my $4 coupon. Perfect!

I love the pharmacists here!! I've been dealing with medication being on a nationwide backorder and my insurance throwing fits because I switched dosages to try and get around it and they were so helpful. They had my back and were able to give me a partial fill so I could make it through and found a coupon so I wasn't paying too much! ??? They were total lifesavers!!
