Let’s talk about the pharmacist….. I walk in there around 11:30 PM and there is a pharmacist there because they’re 24 hours he asked me was I picking up something even though I was standing in line. He Never greeted or acknowledge me and only asked me direct questions like I was bothering him. Then when he saw my medication that was not filled at that moment asked me to go get it off the shelf since it’s over-the-counter. I let him know the doctor prescribed it and it was a free medication. The pharmacist proceeded to try and fill the medication with attitude because he rather me pay for it then it be free. When I asked him about the price difference, he told me what’s gonna be 30 minutes if you wanna wait…… so I did! He was dismissive and annoyed by who knows what when I asked both managers (one being Adam T )The man’s name neither of them claimed to know!!!! ( Adam said he was the head pharmacist) point of the story is you chose this job? You chose to be here this night the fact that you’re being rude to someone That’s picking up medicine for her 10 year-old child is outrageous. The medicine ended up being ready in 10 minutes and he tried to joke and say that’s gonna be $25 when the medicine was actually free the service was not appreciated here. There was no accountability and the staff should be ashamed especially when someone’s coming to pick up medicine for their child. This is your job so if you don’t like it, find something else! I advise someone talk to him asap. I’ve added his cashier’s number since I don’t have a name.

The shift supervisor “Sherie” was very rude and unprofessional, targeted me for my race and made other customers feel uncomfortable as well. She made it seem like the self checkout machine freezing on us while paying was our fault and stated if we knew how to shop, it wouldn’t happen. There needs to be a change of management because it drives away customers.

I’ve been coming to CVS for all of my prescriptions that are all of my family’s prescriptions for over 30 years and periodically I go in to request a 10 mL liquid medicine squirter and I went in today and was told because I didn’t have an active prescription even though I spent thousands of dollars at CVS a year that they couldn’t give it to me. I’ve only ever had that problem at this location. This is also the only location that I’ve gone to without a line of people. I’m guessing it is the lack of customer service

This is the absolute worst cvs pharmacy I’ve ever seen! They said my daughter’s prescription from the hospital would be ready in 35-40mins. Here I am 2 and 1/2 hours later still in the parking lot still waiting and now they say they don’t know when it will be ready that they haven’t gotten around to it! Wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone

Found what I needed. But truly disappointed in the lack of customer service acknowledgement to say hello or even ask if iv needed assistance. Lady just stands there hounding making sure I'm ringing things up without a have a nice day upon leaving. So yeah the customer service sucks and your self checkout doesn't do anything but further limit good customer service. Very sad for a place that wants to provide you with your health care needs.

If I could give them 0 stars and still leave a review I would. I put in for a RX transfer online on 5/11/24. I call on 5/12/24 to get the status. The request was never done. I was told they were going to do it that day. I give them some time and call on 5/13/24 was told they were so busy they didn’t get around to it. Im still keeping my cool. I was told they were calling Walgreens now to get it transferred. I call 5/15/24 and guess what request not done. This time the pharmacist that answered the phone starts arguing with me and try to tell me I never gave them the name of the rx, I rebutted I did it online initially and the name is there. He responded by the time they got the request Walgreens was closed at 6. So I said this been going on since Saturday what is going on why haven’t nobody requested it. He has a very nasty attitude arguing with me. So unprofessional. Sound Korean or foreign. I never in my life had a professional talk to me like im an enemy from their childhood. I decided I didn’t want to deal with them and will take my business elsewhere and will contact corporate. They shouldn’t be in that business if they can’t talk to the public in a respectful way especially when the customer didn’t take attitude with them first. I hope they record their calls so it can be pulled and he can be fired!!!

Terrible customer service. The pharmacist Ashley was rude, unhelpful and very very ignorant. The 3rd party system to accept discount cards are down. I asked her how long it was down and when it would be up. She told me that i didn't understand the concept of being down meant. She told me to call myself and find out. I asked for a manger name. She refused to give it to me. I asked for the manager of the store. She refused to help. I asked her co-worker, her name Kayla. She was unhelpful and refused to ask how to use CVS store discount. I asked her who the manager was and she didn't know. She told me to go to the front of the store and ask around. All in all this was a terrible experience and if you are in the customer service position and refuse to be customer friendly then ur in the wrong job. Do us all a favor and quit. The world if full of rude ppl and customers do not need to go to a CVS and listen to their lip. Ashley and Kayala should both be fired

Poor customer service! Get in line to pickup prescription, then if you have a discount or insurance. Get out of line get in another to have that entered then get out of that line back into another to pay. Then wait for a new print out with price adjustment before paying. 8121 Midlothian tnpk. A ball of confusion. You will think you’re being punked.
