Terrible customer service. The pharmacist Ashley was rude, unhelpful and very very ignorant. The 3rd party system to accept discount cards are down. I asked her how long it was down and when it would be up. She told me that i didn't understand the concept of being down meant. She told me to call myself and find out. I asked for a manger name. She refused to give it to me. I asked for the manager of the store. She refused to help. I asked her co-worker, her name Kayla. She was unhelpful and refused to ask how to use CVS store discount. I asked her who the manager was and she didn't know. She told me to go to the front of the store and ask around. All in all this was a terrible experience and if you are in the customer service position and refuse to be customer friendly then ur in the wrong job. Do us all a favor and quit. The world if full of rude ppl and customers do not need to go to a CVS and listen to their lip. Ashley and Kayala should both be fired

Poor customer service! Get in line to pickup prescription, then if you have a discount or insurance. Get out of line get in another to have that entered then get out of that line back into another to pay. Then wait for a new print out with price adjustment before paying. 8121 Midlothian tnpk. A ball of confusion. You will think you’re being punked.

Calling the pharmacy day or night is like calling the IRS hours on hold for NOBODY TO EVER ANSWER THE TELEPHONE. DEFINITELY SWITCHING ALL OF MY SCRIPTSEVEN WALMART CAN ANSWER THE TELEPHONE

Unfortunately, I agree with the one star reviews. Going to this pharmacy is legit a harrowing experience every time. The staff is truly not at fault but this place is so poorly managed. I've been getting several text messages a day about picking up my prescription, so when I sent my bf to get it for me, they said it wasn't ready. After he showed them my texts, they had to remake the prescription bc they "misplaced" the original. Thats unsettling to me.... I am really sad writing this because I know the staff is stressed out due to these conditions. People are constantly frustrated at this place and while I dont believe in taking it out on the staff I do understand the frustration. This pharmacy is poorly managed and needs to get itself together.

This is the worst CVS I have ever had to deal with. They do not answer their phones, I have been on hold for 30+ minutes everytime I call here and most of them time I end up hanging up. When someone does answer they are rude and never helpful. They take forever to get prescriptions ready, even when they have had the prescription order for days.

They use an extremely low quality camera when taking the passport photos. The one they took for me did not meet the standards for the passport photo, and I had to get it taken elsewhere.

Edit: Store is still garbage! Drive thru closed, short staffed, employees have attitude because they dont want to be there, prescriptions are never ready or they want you to sit and wait in store for 30 min while they chat. Close this store immediately, fire everyone. DO NOT COME HERE! Cancel CVSWorst cvs of all! Drive thru is always closed, when it's open...the line does not move. The employees all have an attitude because they hate being there as much as the customers. Close this cvs!! It's just not worth it. Walgreens across the street.

Believe the 1 star reviews. They’re 24 hours but you will be waiting 24 hours for your prescriptions. The drive thru has been “out of order” for well over 2 months, the workers look at you like you’re bothering them or give you an attitude when you come inside, there will be a loooooong line and only 1 person will be checking people out. I had a prescription that I attempted to pick up after refilling it over 24 hours ago and the pharmacist told me that they “made an error” when inputting it into their system and I needed to get a new prescription from my doctor. And this was after I filled a DIFFERENT prescription on 10/13 and went to pick it up on 10/17 and was told that it wasn’t ready.I wouldn’t waste your time and I personally will no longer be using their services. This is a sorry excuse for a pharmacy with mediocre professionals behind the counter. 1 star is too many stars.

This cvs is a disgrace. The drive through is always closed. They claim it's due to short staff. However you go inside and they are playing on there cell phones. Just say you don't want to work but you want a paycheck.I don't understand how even management allows it.Get it together folks it's not hard to do a job you actually applied for.

There are only a couple pharm techs here that seem to like what they do and run the pharmacy like a well oiled machine. But in all honestly its a miracle that they can do anything as short staffed as they are. In process does not mean its actually “in process” it means they either do not have time to fill it or they are hoping you forget and give them a few days. Ill have a script in process for days and days and even if i use the automated system which is supposed ti be so helpful, and they say “i will notify your pharmacist you are on your way” fat chance. Tou can come two hours later and its still in process and they will tell you, its going to be 2 to 3 hours. ?like moms don't have dinner to fix kids to get in bed or whatever. It didn't used to be this way. Unfortunately this is the new realia.

by far the worse CVS in Richmond, pharmacy line and wait times are long for no reason, why not hire more staff..instead the extra techs are to busy talking and looking at theirs phone while the line continues to grow. Transferring my meds asap
