WORSE AUTOMATED SERVICE EVER!!!!! I just want to refill my prescriptions and I called THREE times and their system just cannot do it!!!!!! And heaven forbid you have a child trying to talk to you while you’re doing it, picks up their voice and just tells you it can’t help you. If I didn’t have to use this pharmacy there is NO WAY I WOULD STAY!!!!!!!

The pharmacist with weird eyes, has some attitude problem in here. When my prescription was supposed to be ready here at 1pm, and not only not ready and telling me to come back within 30mins and they are having lunch break at 1:30pm?
This pharmacist is reacist and not helpful at all, keep taking hers, not listening at all!
This kinda person should be fired, make me gross, I will never come back at this location.
Never had any bad experience at CVS, this is the worst person. They don't even applozed for their delay and telling me to bring my flu B exposed kid to inside to wait for the medicine to get ready.

Pharmacy shut the window at 5:30 when they are open until 6, they refused to fill my girlfriend’s prescription. The employees were rude, lazy and unprofessional. Never send your medication here.

JASMINE was phenomenal!!!! Promote her immediately. I'm talking fantastic attitude, super helpful, excellent customer service and just a wonderful woman. 10/10 will go back just to see her again

I am very very disappointed today. I took passport size photo it's rejected from vfs. I ask them to take a new photo but there asking the two photos which one I already paste it in the form. The cashier saying don't stand in the line. Very bad experience.

If you need a passport photo, go to CVS on Lauderdale. I was in and out in 10 minutes and had a great associate to assist me.

Worst experience with a pharmacy tech. Left me sitting at the drive thru window for several minutes to tell me she was going on lunch break that started at 1:30pm. I looked and my phone and clock just flipped to 1:30pm as the words were leaving her mouth.She said she only came over to the window to say something because “she was gonna close the gate in my face.”This is my fourth bad experience with this pharmacy group.What has happened to CVS?

So many times I’ve wanted to review CVS and didn’t over fouled up prescriptions, but here I am now. Ordered a fairly common prescription that I take regularly on Jan 4th. This is Jan 12th and still not ready. Talked to someone in the pharmacy yesterday who was ordering it to be ready today. Nope! Unfortunately it’s not just this CVS location, it’s all CVS locations. The CVS corporation doesn’t give two damns about providing customer service, that can’t get and keep good staff, nor do they care about their staff and systems that they have. I’m sure the CVS exec’s are making great money and that’s all that matters. If your insurance will let you, go somewhere else. I’m stuck.
