This is my favorite place to go. When I moved here, I saw that this was the closest shop to me. There’s a lot to choose from, they also have homemade food you can buy at the front. I like the Mac and cheese but my favorite is the cake slices. The staff here is incredible, they are always smiling and really fun to talk to. Big shoutout to the guy who works during nights, he’s absolutely incredible but this doesn’t discredit the others that work here, they are super.

Been living downtown for about 2 in a half years now and this is my go to place. They have a great selection of food from bacon egg cheese sandwiches to chicken over rice and steak over rice. Definitely check it out!

Greatest little market we have in the neighborhood. Totally recommend it. They've got all the convenient store items you need and the employees are friendly.

I live nearby and like it. Recently retired and bought my first loaf of bread in Richmond from here. That Davis Market is still in business with a 7-11 only a few blocks away means they are doing something right. I'll be back. Only 4 stars because nobody is perfect. I reserve 5 for perfection.

The owners are very good ppl and so nice to there customers and neighbors I've seen them give the hot food away before they through it in trash. Of course they could just put it in trash but to many hungry and homeless in the city . I seen the owner give a homeless man a free meal and drink of course he didn't have to do that but he did , this man was clearly very hungry and in dire need I heard him say that it had been days and he hadn't eaten in three days so kind and compassion toward his fellow man , I think it was owner and not an employee , ppl like them I will always appreciate ppl like them for giving bk to the community

Davis Market is great! I always come here if I’m in need of a quick snack or drink. Adam is very hospitable and always treats his customers with respect. The chicken wings are also the bomb. Love having this place nearby!

Strolling thru the neighborhood, and stumbled upon this gem of a convenience store! To start, the staff is by far the kindest group of people you’ll come across…Treated all patrons with kindness. Also, everything here is reasonably priced. Definitely will be back when in town again. ☺️
